I had a scheduled tour of the school today and did not even have it. I was very interested in this facility for my child to attend but was disappointed once I got there. My husband and I brought our child at least 15 minutes before our evening scheduled tour. There’s a guest doorbell that I rang but the doors were already unlocked. The door rings once you open the doors. So far two bells have rang to notify someone. We waited as I looked at the screen where the classrooms are showing. Of course I didn’t see anyone leave out of the rooms assuming they were teachers. Waiting still, no one came to the front. I rang the service bell on the desk because maybe no one heard the other bells. At this point, it’s time for the scheduled tour and no one has came. I understand that places might be understaff. I work in a facility where that happens and things have to be adjusted in order to make the day go by best as possible. But this alerted me as a safety hazard. Why? Because I was able to let myself in. No one was at the front desk and I could have easily jumped the counter and do whatever. We left while the doorbell rang once again. No one still did not come to the front. Hopefully this is a wake up call for this facility because I believe that it would have been a nice place for my child to attend but this was alarming..

Kidz Preschool , Horizon.... my son and daughter both go to this school. They absolutely love it! The Director is very kind and helpful. She is always greeting you and making sure that you are happy . I have seen a few new faces (teachers in the facility ) but my kids teachers are the same. I love how all the staff get along and make it feel like a family environment. my kids learn Spanish and how to sign ( even though I have to look up what it is they are saying because I have no idea lol). my daughter wasn't speaking much until she attended Kidz preschool. I love getting the photos and updates on the app. If you are looking for a positive place that will teach your children, I would recommend Horizon location. you will not regret it! yours truly, Happy Mom!

Kidz Kidz Kidz also now know as Foundations preschool. Miss Marla great teacher with toddlers. There was a time where one of the teacher smelled like MJ all the time and it was blamed on other parents/kids. That teacher was only there for like 2 weeks, this was in the toddlers room. Also there has been a few occasions where you can see that the director and miss Marla have gotten into pretty big arguments where parents can see and hear. When it is time to transition in the afternoon I had requested my child not to be a specific teacher, I think her name is miss Jessica, only teacher with dark short hair, fair skin. I would be skeptical to leave your kid with her. She has been on her phone a few times when I have picked up my son and and one of those days my son came running to my crying with a bruised lip and chin and chipped tooth (btw, this has to be reported and she never did) it wasn't until I complaint about the situation. My son tried opening a door where the door went back and hit him- he was 2yo at that time and there was only about 3 students including him, this could of been avoided if there was proper care. After that accident I requested for him not to be with that teacher and teacher/director did not respect my request. I would pick him up and he would still be under her care. There is also a lack of staff so there is a high turn over with teachers. The director was always nice to me and was very helpful. my concern for my sons safety grew after that one accident. Other than that my son did learn to socialize better with other children and has learned a lot, abcs # animals social skills and potty trained. I would suggest to also go on indeed to see current/prior staff opinions about the school.

Wish I could rate this 0 stars. My daughter went here and it never seemed as though the "teachers" had a handle on the kids. My 3 year old daughter got so upset when I dropped her off because she didn't like the school. There was another child there who was physically hurting teachers and other children, Even pushing children off of playground equipment. When the teachers and Administration were talked to they didn't seem to be very concerned. Safe to say, we only lasted 3 weeks, the day my daughter came home in tears with bumps and bruises and asked for a new school we were done.

We rolled our 4 year old at this location and as a 4 year olds he just did not like going, the teachers and the director on this place tried everything in their power to make it as comfortable for him as possible they went out of their way to accommodate him even though they have many more kids they have to attend to, they are truly an exception to this industry, my wife and I have the highest sympathy and respect for them for what they do, we are going to try to bring him back but what ever the outcome we know that has nothing to do with the staff or the facility.Best RegardsTony Tabaku

My daughter of 3 years old goes to this preschool since April 2017 and she is very happy. Her teacher is great and she knows how to help the kids to grow. They always have activities to make them learn. My daughter is now very comfortable. She feels like at home which is the most important ! When I pick her up at end of the day, she is playing with other kids and having hugs with the teachers...Classes are clean and they have a nice playground. Also Mrs Robin (Director) as well as Mrs Chelsea are very friendly and open minded. Any question or issue and they will talk with you and find a solution.I would highly recommend this preschool.

My daughter went to this school when she was 2 years old. She loves all her teachers especially Miss Stephanie and Miss Britney. She has made lots of friends here and we kept in touch with most of her friends. My son loves his teacher, Miss Gloria. She is very sweet and really cared for him. She taught him baby sign language, simple manners and how to say "Thank you." I'm happy that I'm able to view my son on the camera when he's at school while I'm in the office. He's happy and loves playing with his friends. It's a safe and caring environment. We love it here. :)

This is my daughter's first daycare experience. The staff is extremely kind and loving, and were very patient while my daughter adjusted. She's now a very happy camper, and is always happy to see her teacher when I drop her off.Special shout out to Ms. Gloria: Evelyn may have never gotten over her daycare blues without you! ♡

This review is long but it shows the laundry list of what we went through in only about 3 months. We placed our two children in Kidz Kidz Kidz Henderson because they were the only daycare in the area that bused to my son's school. We began using this daycare in June 2017 and have already removed them in the first week of Sep 2017. Our tour of the facility left us feeling okay at first but that quickly changed. Our initial frustrations were they open at 630am however the teachers frequently did not clock in until 632-633. Our mornings are very busy and the last daycare we used opened at 6am so 630 was already an adjustment. I tried talking to the director, Ms Robyn, about having to wait for the teachers to clock in and get the rooms set up. She was friendly but made excuse after excuse on why it's okay for the teachers to not show up on time. I understand they don't get paid to come in before 630, but the school opens at 630 so they should be there when the school opens! Moreover, I couldn't believe how this director would defend her employees not showing up to work on time. Usually showing up late is grounds for some form of discipline whether it is verbal counciling or a write up. The unprofessionalism of this facility obviously stems from the lack of leadership. My wife tried pointing out a dead roach in the morning room with several young toddlers and received nothing more than a lazy response of I'll get it later. Ms Robyn also forgot to complete the autopay on time and charged everyone late fees. This issue was fixed about a week later. On the first day of elementary school my wife arrived earlier than normal, eager to hear about his first day of first grade. She asked if they were back yet and they told her yes, he is here. My wife looked in all the rooms and didn't see him, then heard Ms Robyn rushing down the hall calling her name. She explained that she had mistakenly checked our son because she saw "another blonde boy" and explained he was not back from school yet but the bus was almost there. That should have been our breaking point because they didn't have accountability of our child. If you look back a year to 2016 another kidz Kidz Kidz location also lost a child and left him outside and was temporarily shut down due to the incident. Obviously they haven't fixed much. Our last straw was when one of the school's two vans broke down. My son told me the yellow van was broken and I didn't think much of it because they have two vans. Then several days later on the weekend he mentioned he rode to school in his teachers car. I asked a few more questions to make sure he wasn't just making up a story and realized he was telling the truth. The next time we dropped them off I asked Ms Chelsea and she confirmed they had been driving kids in personal vehicles to school. I asked why they failed to seek permission or even notify us of the issue and I was told "we informed some parents but must not have told them all". We were shocked to hear this news and immediately called corporate where we got the run around. We requested a return phone call from someone higher up who could hopefully explain how this facility has such lousey oversight. We never received a call, never an apology, simply more excuses.I contacted the state childcare licensing office to inquire about the legality of putting small children in random teachers vehicles, the van was down several days and they took multiple cars. I spoke to Diane who's area includes this facility and she seemed equally appalled and was concerned they never told us or got consent. She informed me that due to the severity of the situations, both the accountability issue and the personal cars, this facility would be under investigation. Do not be fooled by the recent influx of reviews on any of these Kidz Kidz Kidz facilities, they just recently held a raffle for half-off tuition and the only way to enter was by leaving reviews. There are photos of the flyer on Yelp.

"I just wanted to take the time and thank everyone at kidz kidz kidz @ the horizon ridge location for taking such great care of our daughter Ryley. It gives us great peace of mind to know that she is in good hands while we're at work. We were stressed out trying to find good full time care for her. You guys have far exceeded our expectations and I want everyone to know how grateful we are to have ALL of you involved in her life. She loves going to school now. We've noticed how much she has progressed. Great job everyone! You set the bar very high. You guys should be proud
