I always have a very pleasant experience at this location.Especially services provided by Yana. She is very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Every time I come to the store, I usually see her and she always helps me find new pieces! This is by far my favorite francesca’s location to shop at because of her!

Allyson Efel was so kind and helped me pick out my mom’s birthday gift! She has amazing customer service and was handling the store all by herself so well. I came up to her for help with picking out dolly style tops for my mom and she was quick and eager to help me. She has such a bright personality, thank you for making my experience here delightful! <3 :)

I had such a great experience shopping at Francesca’s thanks to Yana! They were incredibly helpful, patient, and had a great eye for style. I came in unsure of what I wanted, and they helped me put together a few beautiful outfits for a weekend party. They also helped me pick out the perfect gold jewelry to tie everything together after mentioning I loved gold! Their attention to detail and genuine friendliness made the whole experience so enjoyable. I left feeling confident and excited about my purchases. I’ll definitely be back!

Came in to exchange 2 dresses as the zippers were not working correctly. The girl doing my return had an attitude and asked me if it were due to sizing. I found it rude she immediately jumped to sizing instead of just asking in general what had been wrong. It was $100 just for those 2 dresses and after that I didn’t even want to look around. None of the workers at this location have people skills or customer service skills whatsoever. The day prior they were just sitting and chatting for at least 20 minutes before anyone asked if I even needed help. Won’t be shopping with this brand anymore. Good luck surviving the recession with that attitude. 💖

I came in last Sunday. Sept 15 I was greeted with such a wonderful lady I’m pretty sure her name was Allie, i immediately caught a connection with her, she had amazing costumer service. Helped me find an amazing dress that I will be coming back for sometime this week. None the less, Allie is a great and dedicated worker, and definitely needs some recognition

Hi my name is Ruby I used to be assistant Manager at this location. Francescas was actually my first job in 2011 @ Townsquare before it closed
Management obviously changed since 2011-2024 because I believe they went bankrupt. Long story short do not support this chain, they offer no job security, no bereavement pay. I was fired because I left an our early to pick up my father's ashes who mind you died on Christmas and this was in February. We wanted our father's ashes back after waiting 2 months. I also experienced work place harrassment as well as other employees ( I have messages) and nothing was ever done by HR. The place that once held such a special place in my heart, I started to dread coming into such an awful and toxic work environment. To all the customers I've met and helped thank you so much for your kindness! My favorite part of the job was meeting you!! If you work here, you are a nobody. I know it's a business but ALL they care about is the Dollar not valuing their employees. I will never support this establishment again.

The manager of Francesca Collection at Green Valley was so rude that didn’t allowed our children into the store because it was more than 4 kids. ( We were celebrating our daughter 12 years old with her friends) we had a total of 8 kids. They were so excited to go to this store and buy matching bracelets. The manager as soon the kids enter told to them to leave the store, and that is only 4 kids allow per adults. I saw the kids walking out the store while I’m walking in. I asked the kids what happened and they told me this. I was heartbroken, I had never heard such a thing. Besides that the kids were are not alone it was me and another parent with me. We felt so bad that this manager treated our kids wrong and she kick them out of the store for no reason. It’s ashamed that our kids were treated poorly and they felt embarrassed after other customers were at the store with their kids.

Ruby was amazing! She was beyond helpful, and went out of her way to help my mom and I out! I've never experienced such a kind and helpful employee at Francescas, like Ruby ! She had an amazing attitude and the best customer service ever. This establishment is lucky to have her, every time I go now, I will be asking for her.

I went in for help with an exchange, and Ruby was wonderful! She was so sweet and helped me out a lot ! She made me feel so comfortable, unlike other times where i’ve come to this store, and no one has been helpful or even that nice , I cannot express how pleasant of a trip this was to Francesca’s. I’m going to love coming back to see Ruby!

I can't believe I haven't written a review for one of my favorite boutiques. This boutique location is inside the Galleria Mall. It is on the second floor, more towards the center of the mall. If you're parking, I would say parking at the Food Court area is probably easiest. Or you could park at the front near where Red Robbin is.This shop has a lot of cute clothes & accessories for girls. Their clothes are really great quality, too, and usually are a little more of a boho style. The day I came in, everything was 50% off, which was wild! I had never heard of such a great sale there. I shopped around for a little bit and was helped by the two wonderful ladies working. They helped me get a room, too, and I was able to try on a few dresses there, too. They were super kind and asked frequently if I needed any help.I ended up leaving with a super cute dress for my date night that night with my husband. I honestly would have bought more but I probably didn't need to do that haha. My bank account would have been pretty mad. But seriously, love this store and customer service is always outstanding.

Worst customer service. The girl in the store wanted me to wait in line while she was in the phone doing nothing. And on top of that, they refused to do an exchange. I had to go back and ask someone else to do the exchange.
