Very awkward people inside. Make you feel uncomfortable. Try to talk about a game your into with them and they show you 100% they don't care . I use too love these store as a kid going and talking games etc. Now it's buy are 100$ game or get out. Sad really sad.

Love it here as the employees are always willing to help. I like that I can still find games for our older platforms like the Xbox 360 and Xbox One as well as the PS4. The price break on them is great too. So many games we never got around to years ago can still be bought here. If they don't have it right there, they will see if any other stores have it and give you a printout of which ones do.

I did not find the toy that I was looking for, but I am still glad to know that Gamestop carries the brand so I can keep checking back for new stock. My sister found some good deals on some things that she wanted, and the person who was working was so nice.

I traded in $90 worth of games in July of 2022 and pre-ordered one game that kept on getting delayed. I was given a receipt and didn't worry about this as I thought everything was recorded.Unfortunately, with a move, I misplaced this receipt. As this game's release date came closer, I decided to call and verify to make sure my pre-order was still there. After talking with two employees, a manager, and four corporate employees, I learned that there was no record of the above transaction. I was told that all records of trade-ins and pre-orders were recorded yet for mine there wasn't.So, I'm out $90.I've shopped at GameStop for 20+ years but after this experience I won't be doing business with them again.Keep track of your receipts unlike me when doing business with them and do your trade-ins elsewhere.

Why can't I give 100 stars? These dudes are so amazing. Went above and beyond to help me get a Switch I wanted. After a weird power outage they had a guy come over and so a store-to-store transfer so I could get it today! Thanks again y'all, you guys rock!

I called to see if I could turn in some old consoles. The guy on the phone was condescending the whole time and acted superior and indifferent, calling me “bud” throughout the conversation. It was extremely unprofessional and I will certainly not be doing any business with this location.

I went in as a long time GameStop shopper the employees couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation. This conversation consisted of how this employee White tall wears a black mask to hide his face, as he laid out to another customer how he buys games as an employee to scalp online denying honest GameStop shoppers the opportunity to play games! This is insane to me as a long time shopper, trust I won't be back! This is why your company is going under and is my decision in not renew my subscription to your services!!
