I came 30 minutes before close there website says closes at 9pm they already had there gates closed a man with glasses was standing at the front acknowledging me trying to get in and did not bother helping me definitely should change there times if there closing before the actual closing time.

Staff is nice but they don't test their games. 3 out of the 5 wiiu games I have bought from them do not work even after extensive cleaning. Please test your games before selling them to people.

My review doesn’t have to do with this GameStop location specifically, but with my experience shopping online via the GameStop website. I wanted to make sure that is clear, and since there isn’t a way to leave a review for the website specifically this is my next best option. My brother wanted a steam gift card for his birthday, so I saw online on GameStop they had them. I attempted to purchase a $50 steam gift card online. The order went through just fine, and I received an email confirmation of the order. However, the email confirmation says the order is pending still, and once it goes through I’ll receive another email with the code for the gift card. I check my bank account and they took the money out already, so I didn’t understand why the order on GameStops end still said pending. Half a day later I receive another email from GameStop that my order had been canceled. No explanation as to why my order was canceled, it was just canceled. However they didn’t bother to refund me the $50 they took from my bank. So I didn’t even bother trying to contact GameStop because at this point I don’t trust them, I went straight to my bank and disputed the transaction. Now I have to wait 2-3 business days to get my money back, when if they were planning on canceling my order should have just either never taken the money or credited me back the money right away. After this experience I’ll never be a customer ever again of GameStop. Horrible business practices!

Went to get a game...used...got home only to find it was scratched and would not load. Took it back and they didn't have any more so refunded my money. It would be nice if before putting it on the shelf...look at it.

Mitsy was super helpful! I was told the collectable item sold with the game was delayed a week ago.... So I have been waiting for a whole week to get those buttons when they came in. Mitsy was completely understanding and gave me a holiday Mario item for the trouble! Wow what a treat for a collector Whoohoo! The pins and buttons are a real deal for an extra value that comes with one of my favorite childhood games. I always love the service that this location provides! I've gone in a few times and every time the employee named Aron has been extremely helpful and would also answer every question I had. Definitely would come back to receive this great customer service because other game-stops the workers feel like they don't want to be there.
