My review doesn’t have to do with this GameStop location specifically, but with my experience shopping online via the GameStop website. I wanted to make sure that is clear, and since there isn’t a way to leave a review for the website specifically this is my next best option. My brother wanted a steam gift card for his birthday, so I saw online on GameStop they had them. I attempted to purchase a $50 steam gift card online. The order went through just fine, and I received an email confirmation of the order. However, the email confirmation says the order is pending still, and once it goes through I’ll receive another email with the code for the gift card. I check my bank account and they took the money out already, so I didn’t understand why the order on GameStops end still said pending. Half a day later I receive another email from GameStop that my order had been canceled. No explanation as to why my order was canceled, it was just canceled. However they didn’t bother to refund me the $50 they took from my bank. So I didn’t even bother trying to contact GameStop because at this point I don’t trust them, I went straight to my bank and disputed the transaction. Now I have to wait 2-3 business days to get my money back, when if they were planning on canceling my order should have just either never taken the money or credited me back the money right away. After this experience I’ll never be a customer ever again of GameStop. Horrible business practices!

Went to get a game...used...got home only to find it was scratched and would not load. Took it back and they didn't have any more so refunded my money. It would be nice if before putting it on the shelf...look at it.

Mitsy was super helpful! I was told the collectable item sold with the game was delayed a week ago.... So I have been waiting for a whole week to get those buttons when they came in. Mitsy was completely understanding and gave me a holiday Mario item for the trouble! Wow what a treat for a collector Whoohoo! The pins and buttons are a real deal for an extra value that comes with one of my favorite childhood games. I always love the service that this location provides! Great customer service by Andrey and Aron were super kind, caring, helpful and understanding of my needs. Very professional. I would recommend this spot and suggest you ask for those 2 young men to help you out. ?

I've gone in a few times and every time the employee named Aron has been extremely helpful and would also answer every question I had. Definitely would come back to receive this great customer service because other game-stops the workers feel like they don't want to be there.

They say they're open till 9 p.m., but they close at 8. The employee in the store had an attitude when we showed up at 8:55 p.m. and he already had the store closed and gated off.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is usually very good here but the reason I'm giving it only a coupl stars is that the hours of operation always seem to be inaccurate listing online. I arrive on Sunday (ONLINE SAYS opening time 11am ) and the guy tells me that they don't open until noon. I guess i have to start calling everytime to make sure they are open. Gamestop needs to fix this ASAP.

We can't update our store hours??? Came here expecting it to be open at 11am on Sunday and when I pulled up there was a sign saying not opening till 12pm. Would have been better to have online hours reflect store hours.

I have been to this GameStop location many of times. The crew is good there. I work at McDonald’s, and I can tell you satisfying customers can be quite the task. Gameboy Shane has always been knowledgeable and helpful. Highly respected in my book. I will continue to take my gaming business here.

Go in to buy a Nintendo switch game see advertisements in the Xbox PlayStation and switch areas posted games on sale $40 go to purchase games the young lady at the counter with the piercings says that's no good anymore won't honor it even though they're posted advertised prices tries to charge me more and refuses to honor the advertised price that's bad business...

we bought a refurbished ps5 and it's been glitching a lot. but because it's past a month they won't help at all. note to self and to anyone out there reading this: do NOT trust them with their refurbished game stations. several friends have said they also had bad experiences. waste of money.
