Made appointment to get my 2023 G70 serviced. When I made the appt and when I called to confirm the day before I was never told that they don't deal with the service warranty and that it would be out of pocket for the appointment. They sent us a text an hour before the appt to let us know. We live an hour away so we drove out there for no reason.

I bought my 2017 Genesis G80 there. I've had my car serviced there ever since. It takes way too long to get an appointment for service I don't know what happened they used to be great now they're just pretty good

Horrible service. Mad an appointment to have my brake pads changed. Was told to drop it off at 9am. They keep my truck all day. I called at. I call at 1:30 and I'm being told that my truck is next to be serviced. I called back at 4:30pm to be told my truck has just now has been taken into service. I am told at 4:50pm that my truck needs the front break pads and that they can't get to it today (Friday) I have to wait until Monday. So I asked for my truck to be returned. Mind you I have been calling the entire time to get updates. It should not take over eight hours to have a simple brake pad job completed. Completely wasted my entire day did not go to work and my brakes were not replaced. Ended up taking it to Pep Boys got it done under an hour. And the best part of this entire experience was being charged $49 for a brake pad inspection!!

My check engine light came on so I took it to Henderson Hyundai on Boulder Hwy. They told me I needed a new timing belt, 60K service, spark plugs, coils, etc. $2,300 worth of work. I said I wanted a second opinion being that the car only had 27,000 miles on it. They tried to convince me to get the work done but I wanted a second opinion. I was charged $165 for this diagnostic check. I took it to a certified mechanic and he said the only issue was that I needed a $25 radiator hose, which they hadn't even put on the paperwork and it was obviously leaking! I will never trust a dealership again (not that I ever did...).

Worst customer service. They waste your time. I was looking to buy a Genesis. After, going back and fourth for 2 days trying to come to an agreement on a price they just wasted my time. I was on my way to the dealership to sign paperwork for the car. The sales Rep Paul called me and asked are you still on the way, someone else is looking at the car . I confirmed yes. It's 5 o'clock traffic and I am coming from across town. 20 minutes later I get there . They take my keys to look at my car for the trade in and they come back with numbers . Not even a minute later Andrea the new sales rep I was given when I got there said get manger was calling her. She comes back and says sorry car sold. I understand there is a high demand in cars but, it doesn't give them the right to gave shitty customer service and treat people like that. No one should buy a car from this dealership. You shouldn't give your money and support to this dealership based on there customer service. Also, I believe it's a teak gong issue with the business mangers because I have several different deal sheets where they messed up and moved around the same numbers to think I was getting a deal. Take your money else where. I ended up buying a Genesis at MSRP from Genesis in Corona. Saved almost 7,000. Everything happens for a reason.

Even though Genesis of Henderson has good reviews on Google, so far, my personal experience hasn't been good. A couple of months ago, I tested a GV80 with a dealer price over 8,000 Dlls above MSRP their justification was de chip shortage. I asked the sales guy if we can't negotiate the price and he told me that the negotiation margin is very slim nowadays. So, I walked away and end it up buying the car outside of the state at the MSRP price. Now for the last couple of days, I have been trying to contact Mr. Pacheco, the Service Manager, left him at least three voicemail messages, and has not been returning my calls. Now giving up on this dealer to service my car or to buy a new one in the future. So, my other choice is Genesis of Las Vegas.

This is how buying a car should be! After my spouse had an awful experience at Autonation and I walked out after being mislead at Findlay Mazda, HENDERSON HYUNDAI treated me like they valued my business. Shout out to Seth and Dominick! Super chill and knowledgeable! I've been in Vegas 25 years. I've purchased a lot of cars! I will never shop anywhere else as long as I live here! Thanks again Seth and Dom! Steve

Took our car in for a recall, not only did they not fix recall problem correctly, but they messed the computer of the car up also. Now there refusing to fix what they messed up Same night after they worked on it February 23 computer system, started blinking on the freeway.Car had to be towed. Then we towed the car to Las Vegas Hyundai,and they kept it for a week we paid 431.00 to fix it, same night we got out of shop it broke down on the freeway for the second time. Towed it back to Henderson Hyundai they tried to pull this crap that it would take 3 thousand for just the part . For what they messed up needless to say after we took it for recall repair Our car hasn't run 24 hour's since after six years of paying payments I'm not giving until Hyundai fixes our car without no out of pocket from us.We never had a problem in six years until they worked on it for recall. I've read plenty reviews and it seems Hyundai has screwed over many customers. I think all Thier mechanic's should go back for training so Hyundai, can get there customer satisfaction restored... I will not give up until they do the right thing The manager had enough nerve to try reflect the blame on us, stating brake fluid needed to be changed, smart box and updating computer has nothing to do with brakes or fluid... car system blinking off and on showing the car is dying on freeway system problem period.

I have been on the hunt specifically for a white Tucson hybrid limited or a Santa Fe hybrid limited for a few weeks. Due to limited supply none of the Las Vegas area dealerships could help me secure one. I was just about to purchase a different make when I got a call from Anas. He alerted me that a Santa Fe just arrived and if I wanted it. He was so kind and helpful. We managed to secure the SUV with a deposit. A couple of days later I was able to meet Anas. Never felt rushed or pressured. He went over all of the features with me. Very easy to deal with and communicate with him via text. The dealership isn't the prettiest but the entire staff was great. Also special thanks to Karla as well. There really is no reason to deal with the other Hyundai dealerships when the best people are at Hyundai Henderson.

Tried to buy my mom a car from here and they couldn't honor any of the advertised pricing on leases. The first person I spoke to sounded like a child, he was very inexperienced as a salesperson.
