Very good service and great prices as well as selling prices, the owner is very thorough and professional, I would recommend this store for sure for all your jewelry needs. I also had a ring resized and the price was very reasonable and the owner did a fantastic job and very quickly. The best part I must say is all the collectable things that they have decorating the store, thats what drew me in the first place, but glad it did because I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. Thank you for the great service!!

It's OK. Just OK and nothing more.
Now Mike is a great craftsman and I believe he owns the place. The problem lies with the way his charge you and takes advantage of you. It seems that at the last moment, when she was writing out the final invoice, Amy said,"Oh yea, and the labor", and quickly wrote down some random, arbitrary dollar amount. She did not refer to anything and the price ended up being quite a bit more expensive than what I was quoted initially. Watch out!!!
Because of these ladies sly shi¿, they will not get my business in the future. Mike will end up getting an extra hundred for the one transaction done by Amy, but he will lose hundreds because of Amy's last minute grab of greed.
Sorry Mike, but the truth is tough to hear sometimes. You were so busy, for so many hours, that I really could have cared less about talking to any of you because of Amy's greed, and Mike's blindness or complicity. Sorry...never again

Best service by Michael and his manager! He fixed my Cartier gold watch band when Cartier told me they couldn't fix it, and installed a few batteries for my Movado and Rado watches. Professional, knowledgeable service with incredible value! Will be going back for all my jewelry/gold/watch needs.

Michael at Gold Crafters has done exceptional work; head and shoulders above other jewelers.. 10 years ago i gave a negative review, not because of the expertise work, but attitude. we all have bad frustrating days on both sides. since 2013 Gold casters have done a lot of repairs and custom work beautifully done. I tried to delete my neg review but couldn't. i did spend $2,000.00 on a moissanite stone n setting in 2013. Thank you Gold Crafters. CW

Excellent service and outstanding honesty today. I brought my rings in for cleaning and inspection of prongs, also to have the two rings set together. They did it ON THE SPOT , since they were my wedding rings. Dipped, polished and shine like new. Thank you for your fast service!

I love love love to support small family owned businesses in my community. Not only was the service exceptional, the cost to repair my bracelet clasp was an incredible value. I was attacked by a dog last year and it broke my bracelet. We took it back to the large chain where it was purchased to inquire about a repair, to find out it would cost a couple hundred dollars just to repair the clasp. And by the way, the large chain had no record of purchase or the warranty that was purchased. UNACCEPTABLE! A friend suggested Gold Casters. So we took it into Gold Casters and the jeweler said it was a simple repair that would cost less than $10. And they would clean it at no charge. Thank you for being an honest company. It is so refreshing to be treated like family. I will be back to purchase and send everyone I know your way!
