I was in town for 2 days and made 7 donation runs. That evening I realized my suitcase had become an "unintentional donation". It was late and the store was closed but two people looked through all the donations that had come in that day, to no avail. My suitcase was eventually found but I had returned home, out of state. Management mailed my suitcase to me. Great customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars . This is by far the worst job I’ve ever had in my life and trust me it was short lived. Brenda is probably the rudest manger I’ve ever worked for and hopefully ever will she will drive her employees like slaves she does not care if you are sick not feeling well none of that. . She is about herself and that’s that she is rude to employees and customers . In the back where production is it’s a race for racks it’s ridiculous they slave job the do for 12$ and hour goodwill does not appreciate the hard work the employees do that’s why the turnover is so high . Horrible place to work horrible management whoever is above Brenda needs to talk to Brenda on how she treats her employees and customers because her customer service is horrible

What a wonderful experience at the Goodwill. I can't thank you enough for providing excellent employees that provide great customer service. Georgemeeka answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly while Chase provided me excellent service at the register. Thank you Nick, Georgemeeka and Chase for your excellent service.

Lol S S from two reviews ago not only picked up and didn't inspect those pants, but goodwill put them on the rack like that AND you proceeded to try them on without looking THEN buy them and DONT notice until you get home? And even then this experience is worth 2 stars? I'll leave this five stars since i havent had any issuesand actually inspect my stuff. (Both the store employees and S S are highly regarded if their story is indeed true).

Pretty good selection. CHECK THE CLEANLINESS OF YOUR CLOTHES. They have good options, but I am disgusted and appalled at the filth of the workout shorts I bought. My stomach actually felt sick when I realized how dirty it was, and the fact that I tried it on in their dressing room?? If I get any negative effects from this (ie, yeast infection, infection in general), I will be taking further action with them. There is absolutely no reason to allow something so filthy to be on their rack.

At Goodwill two employees standout every time I shop there. Their names are Karola and Maddie. They always greet their customers with a smile no matter how long the lines are. They are always helpful to seniors like me but also to young people trying to get value out of every dollar. This is my thank you to these two employees for all they do.

I'm a little sad because I accidentally bought a used outdoor couch for only a few dollars less than for a brand new one online, but that was my fault for not looking it up well enough. No returns on things other than electronics.
This store has really high-quality stuff and most of the deals are great. It is NOT the cheapest thrift store in Henderson, but it is probably the nicest.
I saw a rug for 90 frigging dollars!! 90! Couldn't tell what it looked like because it was taped up, but my goodness lol, 90 bucks is a lot.

New policy states that items without a price tag have to be taken by employees to be "repriced" and put back out the next day. I found a very nice, name brand cooking set and attempted to buy it, but at checkout the clerk said there was no price tag and had to take it away. I find this policy along with other reviews of high-quality items "accidentally" missing a price tag and thus being made unavailable to purchasing customers to be suspicious. I'll probably do my thrifting elsewhere.

If I good give less than a 1 star I would first of all let me talk about the pricing. I understand inflation is high however we’re paying more for peoples donated things than ever before and I personally witness an employee put out an item that I wanted. I grabbed it. I noticed it didn’t have a price tag on it and I asked said employee if I could get a price he said no you’ll have to do that at the front as he hurried along to put other things on the shelf, OK so I went to check out and Ray was helping me. I asked if I could get a price and he took the item away from me and put it on the back shelf and said oh I’m sorry our policy says that if there’s no price on an item we have to put it back and reprise it the next day so if I wanted this item, I would have to come back the next day to get it. I asked to talk to the manager. I talk to Crystal, she said sorry Charlie that’s that’s the policy. I’m so infuriated with the way I was treated right now. I’m thinking I’m gonna call corporate and make a complaint because these things are donated even if they would’ve told me the item was six dollars. I probably still would’ve bought it because it was an item that’s missing from my collection of wooden animals , but I guess I’ll have to go back and try again tomorrow. I can find it and hopefully there’s a price on it. Also, I don’t think I’ll be going back to Goodwill ever again which is a real sad thing because I liked Dollar Mondays I do save quite a bit of money , I also noticed that they were taking the clothes and changing the tags out from the color tag that they were the unwanted items that’s just dirty .

I love this Goodwill. It's always so clean and the team members are always so nice. You can't beat 1.00 day on Monday and senior day on Wednesdays. Make sure you check the color tags as each week a certain color is 50% off!
