The hairstylist did not even try to cut hair for my 3 year old. It’s unfortunate greatclips hires hairstylists who scream I don’t even like this job to customers and refused to provide service.

I had a fantastic experience at the hair salon! A simple, short men's haircut for $19 is a great deal, and the friendly service from the experienced stylist made it even better. I showed my appreciation for her hard work with a $6 tip. Light skin Cuban lady, blond hair, with 30 years of experience. Much appreciated. Thank you!
It's puzzling to me why this place has so many negative reviews. 🙃

Went in today during a slow time as I saw nobody sitting in the front chairs. Immediately I was approached by a woman with blonde hair and a strong accent. She asked me if I checked in online, I said no, she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. She then asked for my phone number. I started to give her my phone number and she told me to stop and to hold on with an attitude, I told her have a great day and walked out . I’m a good tipper for good haircuts. After that I was not wanting to risk getting a bad haircut at this location from staff with poor attitude.

Guy who cut my hair should probably get glasses. I asked to chop 3 inches off. Not 6. He also can't spell names after being handed an ID. Haircut was so incredibly uneven. There are single individual strands that are two inches longer than the rest of the hair in 7 different places. He's not very gentle at combing or brushing. Would not recommend you go with him if your hair isn't fine or straight. Seriously dude, get your eyes checked. Would rate lower, but the woman who cut my son's hair did a fine job.

Frustrating!!! Her name starts with M. I gave her clear directions on what I wanted with the hair style, blending it off no cuts. My hair looks like a dandelions on the sides. Had to go to second salon to get it fixed. Shameful!
