Had a lot of good experiences here, but it really depends on who is working.
I’ve seen a lot of conflicts between the staff and other people.
I’ve never had an argument with anyone who works here before and I have a lot of respect for several people that work here.
But today was just too much.
I came in at 10:30am today and there was a Spanish speaking woman middle-age woman with dyed black hair, about 5 foot seven with glasses.
I’m describing her for management. I don’t glad I’m way to get people in trouble, but she was ridiculous.
I’m a fluent Spanish and English speaker too. No issue there. I’m just saying that so the owners can identify her. She was super rude.
Probably because I looked dirty because I had been doing some yardwork.
But my name was in the system. I’ve been there a ton. I’m a frequent customer.
I just happened to have somewhat dusty clothes on because I had just been doing some yardwork and was out running errands.
I’ve never walked away from a Great Clips appointment before, but I had to with her. The owners literally lost money just because she’s rude.
The white gal with red hair who was also working was fine. She tried to get involved and take other person side as I was already walking out, which was a huge mistake.
My voice wasn’t great and I was already walking away. I simply addressed the rude woman’s behavior.
The red haired gal should not have done that, it could’ve escalated the situation with another person, but I was already walking away and was done.
But I would consider that a simple misunderstanding with the red haired gal, she simply misunderstood and incorrectly, took the other person’s side because she hadn’t witnessed the behavior because she was finishing up a haircut when I had walked in to check in.
I’ve seen a lot of conflicts between the middle-aged women and different customers at the shop, I’m not sure what that’s about. Probably just a lack of leadership and bad management.
But I’m done, if I don’t see Ti working, I’m just gonna walk right out from now on.
For today I’m headed up the road to the Great Clips near the Starbucks up Green Valley and Warm Springs.
To the owner- you lost money and got a trash review which the store deserves, just because of a rude employee for no reason. I didn’t start it, didn’t come in with bad attitude, I’m always happy to walk in there, it was 100% her.
And I’ve seen this type of situation a lot between employees here and customers where the employees just have a Walmart level attitude, it’s ridiculous.
And it’s one of the reasons business gets so slow there is people stop coming because a lot of the employees have really foul attitudes.
It’s a good location, the store is usually clean, it’s the bad attitude of your employees that is costing you money.

Kia is wonderful. I have been seeing her for my haircuts for over a year now and she does a great job every time. I would not go anywhere else. Love Greatcuts.

I checked in online. I accidentally didn’t know that they closed at seven but I got there at 6:38. I was in my car for three minutes finishing up a call with my mother who has cancer while I was finishing my dinner. I walked in the building 17 minutes before they closed and they told me they were already closed and proceeded to tell me that I parked and was in the car waiting, and they refuse to cut my hair as if they were trying to punish me because I didn’t get out of the car right away in Russian. It was an accident not noticing the time, but I got there well before closing, and I only wanted to fade. I went down a few exits to the one off of Stephanie and the manager there took care of me right away five minutes before closing beware of the store they must be very judgmental and lack morals for them to have done what they did to me. I will never go back again.

I've been getting my haircut here for a few years now, and the stylists are very good. However, I think I found the best stylist in the Great Clips family and her name is Lisa. Professional, personable and excellent at what she does!

Took dad for a haircut and beard trim. Woman had no intuition. She spent under 10 min on dad even though I explained he needed his hair short. His hair is all kinds of lengths with some hairs the same as he walked in. His next was trimmed uneven and his beard trim #1 left his mustache nose hairs and chin untouched. His neck has 3 inch hairs sticking out. What an uncaring mess. Paid and left unsatisfied. Won’t be back

After waiting so long for my turn to cut my hair a new Woman with a pink hair suppose to cut my hair just ignored me and called someone else , I called her attention but she did not care. To look at the good side of it I just left the salon unhappy and went to Super Cut to fine out they are great and they do you with respect.
