boyfriend came in asked for square in the back, got round. asked for shorter on the top but leave the sides, didn’t even touch the top and completely faded out the sides.

The quality of a simple haircut has become so inconsistent. There are some very friendly and talented people here, but you never know when they will be there. If you go on the wrong day at the wrong time, beware. The fact that I paid someone today, to do what they did to my head is embarrassing. Time to find a new provider. Suggest you do the same before ever heading back here.

Been going there for 3 years. It had been fine bc we would check in our teenagers and grab a couple groceries next door. When we came back they said they we have to wait there while they cut the hair. Obviously after 3 years I was surprised and one of the hair stylists wearing a mask indignantly said she told us that before. Obviously not true.
We'll go elsewhere given that NEW policy, and the customer service.

I had the absolute pleasure of taking my seven-year-old son, who has autism, to Great Clips at the Anthem location, and I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Kathy cut my son's hair, and she was simply phenomenal! Her patience and understanding were incredible, and she truly made the whole experience enjoyable for him. While my son was on his tablet during the haircut, Kathy went above and beyond by engaging him in delightful conversation about the games and even chatting about his favorite superheroes! It was heartwarming to see how effortlessly she connected with him, making him feel comfortable and valued. An incredible experience 10 out of 10 she absolutely went above and beyond

Stylist who cuts hair with house scissors doesn’t clean her clippers with alcohol in between clients. The back of my head and neck broke out in bumps so bad I almost went to the hospital. Her clippers rattled so fiercely I thought they might blow up in her hand as I was getting a cut. When I questioned her about it she interrupted me saying “I shouldn’t talk so fast.” When I had to ask her three times “do you know what I’m saying?” because she kept losing attention, she interrupted me repeatedly and said “you shouldn’t say you know what I’m saying so much, it makes you sound stupid.” I was so shocked at her projection and self reflection of shame it took over a month for my neck to heal leaving a couple scars and finally able to write this review. Unforgettable. Being born and raised in Las Vegas living here my entire life I’ve never had such an experience. Clean your clippers. It’s a health hazard affecting the very welfare and safety of the public. It was this location next to Vons in Anthem. Horrible

I’ll never go to a Great Clips again due to the rude, aggressive and unkind stylist Gina today at 2505 Anthem Village Dr. (Anthem village center).
I asked who her manager was, and she gave me a card without her manager’s name on it and said her manager will give me the same policies.
I doubt her manager will say their policies are to be rude, aggressive, and unkind. I always find it interesting when employees talk for their superiors, as in my experience they are the ones I usually have to let go for poor customer service.
Gina also refused to trim the top of my hair as she said it needed to be washed, which is offensive, as I’m a minority and just have course hair - it was clean.
When I first came in I asked if they had a military discount, and Gina aggressively said NO, and then after the haircut proceeded to say she’s going to “annotate my account” to say I can’t get a haircut unless I pay for a hair wash. Of course I told her not to bother as I wouldn’t be coming back to any great clips, and I’m sure my extensive network of friends and other military and military families will not either, once they hear about this experience and their policy of rudeness, aggressiveness, and unkindness, that Gina states her manager condones and will parrot to me or anyone else if they talked to her.
