The haircut person butchered my hair. I might have to shave it all bald. Messed up my hair so bad. I think she might have done it on purpose cause how are you going to cut hair that bad?

I got a pretty bad haircut by Mariah, my hair was longer on one side when compared to the other, and it wasn't until I got home that I really noticed how bad the cut was. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, which is fine if the haircut is good I guess, but I wish she would have taken some more time to really ensure the haircut was okay at least because I can only really do so much in the moment. My fault for going to a great clips honestly, but it is what it is. Ambiance was nice, Mariah herself was lovely, just not the best at cutting hair in this one instance.

The best basic haircut for the money. Period. I've been here a few times and every time, Paulette has cut my hair. It is unbelievable how fast and accurate her cuts are. Super efficient and looks good. Every time, hair cut takes about 5 minutes. If you value time and efficiency, make an appointment with her.

I only wanted a centimeter cut off and the lady seemed to understand that I just wanted a slight trim of the ends as if I didn't even have a haircut. In fact I showed her with my fingers .Well low to behold, she actually cut off three inches of hair. I didn't notice this until I went home . It took months for it to get the length that I wanted. My friends warned me to to trust a hair stylist here . I should have listened. If you are trying to grow hair to waist length don't come here for a trim . They get scissor happy with your hair and don't care how long it took for you to grow your hair . In fact it seems like a majority of hair dressers like to do this to people. How disappointing and frustrating.

This place is horrible. I went in for a trim the other day and when I got home realized that my hair was very uneven. One side was longer than the other and there were random long hairs throughout. I contacted great clips corporate and they said that the owner (it’s independently owned) would get back to me. Because the haircut was horrible and I needed it fixed asap, I went back in the next day. A different lady fixed it but I was still not happy when I went home and checked it out. It was still really choppy. I ended up going to a different person and spending extra money. I would recommend just going to somewhere with more experienced people or else you are going to have to pay for this haircut and an additional more expensive one. The only good thing about this place is the hairdressers were very nice. I would have given more stars if the owner had reached out as promised by corporate.I will include a photo.Edit: I know I’m going to receive the “we are sorry please contact at…” I already contacted and nothing was done so if you want to make it better contact me.

I was there Saturday morning April 20th and rap music was blaring throughout the sound system. This is so inappropriate for a hair cutting business. One stylist should not control the music. Not a good experience..UPDATE TO OWNER: I already told you the issue. YOU need to handle the follow-up. Don't tell me to waist more of my time telling you about YOUR PROBLEM.

Chrissy and Michelle were awesome! Chrissy took care of my two 4 years olds and was super patient and kind. Michelle was quick with the hubs and was super professional. We will definitely be back to visit these 2.
