They would not refund my $49.00 I was Entitled to. Only refunded me $11. Had to Dispute with my credit card company. They understood and refunded my money. Customer Service said they would give me a gift card. I said no thank you I am never shopping there again.

Bought a purse that was not the right color. Took is back and found another one. Instead of crediting my credit card for my 1st purse and then charging my card for the 2nd one I just paid the difference therefore was exchange. When the 2nd purse was not right color I went back for refund. They only credited me the difference I paid for 2nd purse which was $11.38. I paid $59.49. The manager said they had credited me. They owed me $48.99. When I called customer service and explain what happened he said I was owed the $48.99. He then send me email that stated they don't refund for exchanges that I could get gift card. Absolutely not. Then he says he can give me 15% off of one single purchase After telling him I will never go in the store again. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they understand and credited my account. The store tried to rip me off for the $48.99.

Was just there...saw a beautiful blouse on display and when 8 went inside the female employee was very helpful and nice. Purchased my blouse and at checkout the employee made it super easy for me to start earning points. They have beautiful clothes and shoes!

Worst customer service in all of Las Vegas, the staff at this store is extremely rude, they don't ask if you need help with anything, the manager super rude too. We were in the store early and there were 20 minutes left to close, I needed to try on a pair of pants and the guy at the door in a very rude way said that the changing rooms had already closed, one of the cashiers wanted to help me but the other girl said no a very unpleasant way. I am a customer of this store for years and I have never experienced such terrible customer service like this, seriously they should fire all the staff especially the one at the door and the other girl who works as a cashier they are super rude to the customers who we deserve respect.

dont support this company or store. no longer shopping here or any other guess stores ever again. not only were the staff rude and refusing service to us for not complying with unconstitutional request for putting on a mask as they have absolutely no legal ground to enforce anything. but they responded with "take it for what it is" after i said "discrimination at its finest". the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Worse Management everrrrr, There is thousands of store the only reason people goes back to a business it’s a customer service so this company needs to work on their customer service, their items worn and they get damaged the first time,the manager are ready to fight poor personality they don’t even know how to handle the situation,horrible store manager and assistant manager,even the kid in kindergarten know how to handle a situation when a customer is not satisfied but they don’t,they are just rude as hell??????????
