First Preston was a big help and I’m thankful!
I went to St least 4 stores and this was my last stop. I big on reviews and that alone is what had my attention when visiting Best Mattress. I walked in he spoke and advised he would be right with me. Once I told him what I was looking for he immediately showed me a product similar. Advise to lay on it, I’m a germaphobe so didn’t want to lay down. He provided protector they ordered during Covid times. I laid , we conversed and I was sold. Thanks Preston! for your great customer service. I hope my new mattress serves my needs.

This was a great and comfortable ( ha! Pun intended ) experience. Preston is very knowledgeable and not a hard seller at all; good sleep can be extremely expensive and though he was encouraging; the choice was mine and what made me comfortable. There was a Memorial Day promotion happening which was helpful and the items were delivered in less than 24 hours. The delivery drivers were quick and respectful and even went a little extra for me by tightening some bolts on my existing bed frame. Overall a great experience!!!

As a former mattress / furniture salesman myself, I appreciated Preston's professionalism. He exhibited a knowledge about what I described as a need for a certain type of mattress, and how my previous mattress had disappointed. He was not overbearing or pushy in any way.....simply answering my questions as I asked them, and then adding suggestions in the way of pointing out several mattresses that he felt I would like, along with the courtesy of asking what my ideal price range for a good mattress would be. He was the best salesman I've seen in many years.....sellling by providing the guidance that got me to the best quality and most comfortable mattress, all within the price range I shopped with. Five Stars without a doubt.

Great experience with Preston as my salesman. He helped me find the perfect bed; not only for myself but for my son as well! He was very understanding of my two year old running around and even gave them snacks. A great experience and I love my beds!

So my fiancé and I went to Petland that’s next to Best Mattress. When we were done there she said let’s go checkout Best Mattress and I was reluctant. So she talked me into it. When we walked through the door we were greeted with a warm welcome by a man Preston. He made us feel like home. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. We already knew what mattress we were looking for and he walked us through every step to make sure we were getting the mattress that we were looking for and the massaging base that we had tried out. He also helped us choose the right pillows for us. He walked us through the purchasing so that we knew exactly what to expect. When we were finished with our purchase he made sure he walked us through every function of the base so we had the knowledge of the different functionality. He was such a pleasure to work with. He is definitely a valuable asset to this location and company. Thank you so much for everything Preston!! We appreciate you.

Came here to get a bed. Was greeted by a terrible employee with a bad attitude, felt rushed to get out the store. Its a shame when people like this think you can't spend money, then they lose out on business. Poor attitudes here don't shop at this location. Go to Mattress Firm. The better choice.
