Came here to get a bed. Was greeted by a terrible employee with a bad attitude, felt rushed to get out the store. Its a shame when people like this think you can't spend money, then they lose out on business. Poor attitudes here don't shop at this location. Go to Mattress Firm. The better choice.

5 star rating. Young man, Alex, was very attentive to our needs. He introduced us to several brands of mattresses and encouraged us to lay down on them to see how they felt. He told us about all of the specifics and holiday specials. We purchased a new mattress, as we did a few years ago. Very pleased with our purchase and waiting for delivery. Thanks, Alex, for all your help.

We were looking for something for our daughter. After discussing what we were looking for, our sales person got us exactly what we needed and he was very cordial. I believe next bed our family needs that we will go there.

We received our new Tempur-Pedic yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort we experienced on our first night. My husband loved the lumbar feature of the base and I fell in love with the cooling feature of the mattress. I sleep hot and my first night with the mattress was amazing - no throwing off the covers to get comfortable. Best mattress we have ever slept on!

Great store and reasonable prices. Preston the store employee who helped us was great. Explained everything in detail about adjustable bed frames that we were looking to purchase and made our decision easy on which model to purchase. Would buy again from Best Mattress!

So my oldest daughter came to live with me and the family after some years and I gave her my queen size mattress. So after we left Walmart we were going to try Big Lots but my wife suggested Best Mattress because it was right next door. Preston was very accommodating and found us a very comfortable firm queen at a beauty price. I believe we saved about $500. He was very attentive to our needs. I will definitely be going back.
