I'm another customer whose "free lifetime oil changes" ended a few months ago. The sale of the dealership to Lithia Motors was the worst thing to happen for Henderson Hyundai. Slim to no chance that I purchase another vehicle from any Lithia Motors dealership. If you cancel a "free lifetime oil changes" after 8 years, what other stuff would you try to do?

Not happy they have to keep my car several days and can not even get a loaner. I have never heard of that. They gave an Uber but no idea what rental will cost. Will update with final results.

Troy was an amazing rep. Every staff member we came into contact with at Henderson Hyundai was both personable and professional. We can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had.

I’ve been going to the dealership for service for years. I had a Hyundai Sonata, and when that wore out after 16 years I purchased a 2023 Tucson at this dealership. They took excellent care of me, walking me through the entire process with transparency and personal attention. They answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. The service department is equally excellent. When I recently went in for scheduled maintenance, Jalen was kind, and helpful. There were no hiccups or delays getting me in the system, and they even booked my next oil change during my visit, so I won’t have to call back.I usually wait while the service is being completed, and I especially appreciate the recliners in the waiting area. That was a stroke of genius!

I had a great second new car buying experience at Henderson Hyundai. My Sales Consultant, Kyra was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager and Business Manager were friendly, transparent and professional. I bought a great car, a 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy, for a fair price, with a great 0% interest rate, which can't be beat. My first purchase at this dealership was a new 2007 Santa Fe and my experience was great. Sales and service team are great, and I've always found them to be fair and do quality service work. I'm a single woman and always feel respected and treated fairly at Henderson Hyundai.

Tony Saukas, my sales associate did an excellent job, from right when we entered the lot to delivering the car to our door the next day, with all the paperwork taken care of. Very kind, professional, and not pushy at all. Great experience, highly recommended sales person.

My car has two current recalls and Doug in the service department told me I was wrong even though I got notices and have other mechanics tell me they won't touch the vehicle due to these recalls. Doug was extremely rude telling me that there's nothing he could do but schedule an appointment for 2 weeks out and that "maybe" they might fix the issue as he doesn't see the second recall on his end. When asked about courtesy vehicles he told me it's not their job and to call customer care.

8 weeks to schedule service. No availability and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone there. This is my first car I buy from Hyundai and I'm super disappointed. I purchased the oil changes with my vehicle. They neglected to tell me it's impossible to get scheduled for one.

Henderson Hyundai: The place that breaks contractual promises and acts unethically, even when the broken promise and contract is brought to their attention. There are many upstanding Hyundai dealers around. DO NOT VISIT THEM!!Here is the story: When narrowing my search to a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport in 2015, I had several dealership choices. I had seen their advertising (including news articles, like this one in the Review Journal) trumpeting their "Free oil changes and car washes for the life of the vehicle." That had real, tangible value to me (and indeed, they outlined in writing the value that the program had over the anticipated life of the vehicle--documents that I still have. (It also allowed a loaner truck at no cost twice annually.) Here is one of the articles that they had participated in running, that helped me make my decision. (Of course, there were large signs in the dealership and the salesman pointed it out repeatedly, giving me all of the documentation in writing.) The RJ article: reviewjournal.com/uncate… Shockingly, after delaying our oil change from our initial call in early August to September 5th, they told us that they no longer honored that program. WHAT?? How could that be. We have a contract. It was a clear promise! They then continued to string me along, when I reached out to them, saying repeatedly that they would have the service manager reach out to us to schedule an oil change. That outreach never happened and it has now been additional weeks. They now say they are "reviewing it." (Email from Paul Klepper, following emails from Karen, promising repeatedly that they would get it scheduled for its overdue oil change.) Obviously, no effort is being made live up to their promises. At all. The only email should be one of abject apology, asking sincerely for our forgiveness. That sadly has not happened.Do NOT use Henderson Hyundai at all! They break promises and lie!! I would never deal with any company so unethical as to break such a significant, public contractual promise. That speaks directly to the unethical nature--and I can only these types of things start at the top! Stay away!!

Was greeted by Sulton at the door and he helped me every step of the way with trading in my old car for a brand new one. Very fast service and he listened to my needs. Was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted and it was top of the line service from that point on. Huge selection of cars at this location as well.

We went in for an oil change and came home with a 2024 Tucson. Our service advisor, Peter, was professional and knowledgeable. Our sales associate, Troy, was fun and patient. We originally inquired about the Kona. Troy took us for a test drive. When we came back, the Tucson caught our eye and he took us on another test drive. We made the decision the Tucson was for us! The application process was simple and after a little negotiating, we were in. Jamal, in financing, was patient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. John, in sales was also personable. We felt like we were chatting with our neighbor when working with him. Everyone we interacted with seemed genuine. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed. We are looking forward to our continued relationship with Henderson Hyundai.

I LOVE my car. The sales process here was fast, the car quality was as described online, and my car was delivered quickly.SIDE NOTE : Make sure your car is detailed before it leaves the lot and make sure it’s been detailed when it’s delivered to you. Check everything- under the seats and under the floor mats. When my car was dropped off they said it had been detailed but there were some clues it hadn’t been including dirt in the crevices of the floor mats. Then when I went to wash it, I found gold fish crackers, a rubber bracelet, receipt, and crumbs under the seats. Then some kind of candy mushed in the carpet under one of the floor mats (thankfully I was able to get it off pretty easily).ALSO - make sure you get everything in writing. Not just your policies and sales info but also anything you tell them that they need to consider or act on and anything they tell you they will do or any advice they give you about what you should do. I had the rare case of moving to Florida a week after I got the car and let them know I’d be moving and the car would be shipped to Florida immediately. The paperwork wasn’t sent to Florida though - it was sent to Nevada. When I called I was told I should have told them I was moving and they WOULD HAVE sent it to Florida. Then when I submitted a complaint because I had to rent a car for 3 months while waiting for the Nevada DMV to title the car in my name instead of the old owner’s name (Florida needs the car titled in your name before they’ll register it), the complaint department asked if I had it in writing that I notified them of my move to Florida — which I didn’t because it had been discussed at length in person. They decided to dismiss the whole issue and tried to shift the blame to the Nevada DMV itself. So, even if you don’t anticipate any issues at all (I sure didn’t!) get everything written down just in case.Other than finding the previous owner’s snacks in my new car, and spending $2,500 on rentals because I didn’t get a conversation in writing, everything was good and my car itself is a total gem 100%. ☺️

I had a great experience I got a brand new 2023 Hyundai with the help of Mr. Charles Williams. He was the first person that greeted my boyfriend and I with a warm handshake and a welcoming smile. He immediately stopped what he was doing to make sure we would get taken care of. He was extremely patient with us while we asked a million questions. He has made our experience wonderful and super stress free. We test drove cars and we laughed and had conversations the whole entire time I was there. He did a very great job explaining the whole car buying process to me so I wouldn’t be lost throughout the process. If I could recommend speaking to anyone in this location it would definitely be Mr. Williams hands down. I will be forever grateful how he treated me. It was truly amazing how Mr. Williams got me in and out of there in no time it was a great experience for me compared to past experiences with other dealerships like Honda. I will continue to go to this locations for all of my car needs. He is exceptionally great at his job period. 5 stars thank you!!!

Bought a new Tucson with 3 yr 36000 and scheduled maintenance. The maintenance is standard 7,500, 15,000, 24,000 and 36,000 intervals. But they tell you to come in for your schedule maintenance in half that time because "due to extreme weather in Nevada it is recommended. They don't tell you this until you bring your car in for your regular scheduled maintenance. Deceptive to say the least.Answer to Michael: I left you a voicemail about my concern and specifically asked you to call me back. Which you did not.
