My review is ambivalent. My 2023 Kia Sportage phev had over 15k miles. I called for an appointment for an oil change and got it two days later. I came in about 10 minutes earlier and checked in with Joe. He asked me if I want a complimentary car wash so I said sure. After almost 2 hours I check my $10 off coupon and it shows includes tire rotation so I went out and told Joe and he called whoever was working on the car to add it. After several minutes, the service advisor, Karen Amaya, told me is ready and took me to the cashier. I was totally surprised when the bill came to $123. I was supposed to be $79.95 minus my $10 off coupon. She told me that that was for the essentials service. I said, why wasn't I told it'll be more charge when the coupon shows it includes the tire rotation. I found it kind of deceptive and she was kind enough to ask me if I want to talk to the manager, I said yes, and she went out and looked for the manager. I also mentioned that the car wasn't washed. Note: This oil change service has taken almost 3 hours. After a few minutes, Karen, the service advisor told me I'm good to go. I said where is the invoice so I could pay but she told me the manager removed the charge. I don't mind paying for the service, but I was totally surprised that they have a great manager who is Customer service oriented. He or she is a great asset to Towbin Kia.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT I used to like bringing my car to their service department but they have become too unreliable to use any longer. The last few times have been an aggravating experiences. You are lucky if you can make an appointment a month in advance. So when I do make an appointment for a simple oil change and you tell me two hours I really don't expect to wait 5 hours. If you call a service rep, they don't answer, and they don't call you back when you leave your number. If you have an emergency with your car good luck! You can drop it off and maybe they will get a chance to look at it in a week or more. They are too busy to handle my business so I have to stop bringing my car in until they expand and grow their business. It no longer makes sense for me.

If you want a broken car and want nothing but problems, this is the place for you! I bought a car back in August, wasn't able to drive it off the lot due to whatever problems. Then when I got it back a week later, I had it for ONE day and my check engine came one. I took it back, they kept it for two weeks and then returned my car. My check engine light came on again after two days. I then took my car back September 26th, it's now November 25th and they have done nothing but avoid me, sweep my car under the rug, and not fix the issues. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They overcharge, don't have mechanics to work on the vehicles, and have terrible customer service. I wish I could give this place -5 stars.Never coming to this place again

The worst service department I've ever been to. Go somewhere else if you have an EV. I went here when my EV stopped taking a charge and a warning light came up on the dash. First off, "they don't provide loaners". Second, rental cars are only provided after warranty work is approved. What they don't tell you is that they're busy and will not do any diagnostics on the car for weeks. Only after hounding them after several weeks of nothing did I get a rental car. 3 Months and 3 days. That's how long had my car for. Not once did they give me a single update in that entire time. I would call them and get told that "we're waiting for a part or for kia corporate". You would think that they would relay that to me without me having to hound them. No emails, no text, no calls initiated from them. The rental contract was week by week so you also have the added stress of that. In the end I stopped calling enterprise weekly to confirm that the contract was extended by Towbin. The car is app connected and I can tell when its unlocked, when they attempt to charge it and so on. It went nearly a month with no status updates, no unlock notifications, meaning it just sat for extended periods of time. And when I finally pick up the car they didn't even bother to clean the interior. Sure they "washed" the exterior but there are paint chips on the hood, scuff marks on the body and the car is still dirty on the outside. They basically ran a water hose over it and handed it back to me. The car is a year old at 14.7k miles and due for its 15k "service". They didn't even bother to do that which is just a tire rotation and cabin air filter. Never, Ever go to Towbin anything.

Working with Troy Thompson was a positive car buying experience. Appreciate the proactive communication he provided and the follow up after the purchase. He was extremely patient while I decided which model and trim I wanted. Even went out of his way to ensure that I was able to get the color I wanted. When comparing models, he was knowledgeable about both cars & a huge help in explaining all of the options. I’m so excited to be driving my new Kia!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! From the moment we got there, until the moment we left. It was a total breeze with salesman, KEKOA HUNTER! He made it as easy as possible. I’m a first time car owner and Kekoa didn’t force anything I wasn’t interested in. He was able to give me the best deal possible for the car I wanted! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! Towbin Kia is filled with friendly people and very welcoming! If you are looking to buy a car, please ask for KEKOA! He will definitely calm your nerves and won’t “scam” you lol THANKS AGAIN KEKOA!!! I’m glad I came to this place and very satisfied with my FIRST CAR! ???

I visited this past week looking to trade in my 2014 Kia Optima. Brittany helped me both times that I visited. She asked questions and was helpful when it came to concerns and wants I wanted with my new car. We test drove several cars, she was very patient and friendly throughout the entire process. I did a lot of thinking and research before opting on a final decision. After signing my contracts, she introduced me to the service staff and got my first service appointment set up for me before I left. (She even remembered what days I had off and scheduled it on one of those, days which I thought was really nice). I am very happy with the overall process and even more so with my new 2023 Kia Forte. Weeks ago I made an appointment for my new 2024 kia Seltos for a safety recall, as well as my first 5000 mile check up. Everyone was so courteous as I was checking in and found myself in the waiting lounge for just a little over an hour. I told Joe The manager of the service department that since I've owned cars since 1975 this by far was the most superior experience, I've had with any service department. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with this fine dealership.

Unfortunately my experience with Towbin Kia has been awful. I purchased a car in January as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. We purchased at ~49,000 miles. At the time of purchase there was some rattling that we had asked to be fixed before we took the car. We were told multiple times that nothing was wrong, we brought the car back in. In hindsight I wish I had put a stipulation in my contract that it had to be fixed before we would take it off the lot. The sales people really wanted to make a sale and because we were strapped in needing a new car before our 3rd baby came we bought this car. Fast forward over the next few months. We had contacted Towbin Kia about the rattling noise that had never gone away, and after multiple times with no response my husband brought the car in and said you need to fix it and change the oil and just left it there(May 2023). We picked it up a day or so later informed the rattling noise was not able to be fixed because they couldn't replicate it. Fast forward to September of this year, our engine completely failed at ~55,000 miles.Since purchasing our car we had the oil changed twice. The engine had built up so much sludge that the engine failed. Something that should have been caught in the Kia's CPO inspection which states "they check oil drip pan". Come to find out our car was never CPO, Kia still doesn't have that record, our warranty we bought from Towbin Kia would not pay for the engine to be fixed because sludge is an exclusion. We were sold a faulty car, whether or not Towbin Kia knew about it, I don't know. I would call Towbin Kia ask to speak to the manager Chance and he would be "out", my husband and I would call and try to talk to someone daily or get someone to give us a call back. Nothing. I was brushed off and told "I will make sure they call you back" by staff. I only ever got a call back when I called one of the finance people's personal cell phone and left a message. My case got transferred to a new person and when I called him, Peter, he had no idea who I was or what he was to help me with. They did not act honestly and were not forthcoming to admit they had made a mistake. The only saving grace is "eventually" (after 3 weeks) and a lot of me getting on their case, they decided they would pay for the new engine because it "should" be covered under warranty and as they state it is still a CPO car... Well according to the main KIA number it isn't. They only paid for the engine because I have grounds to sue. It has been an awful experience and I don't think these people have the customer's interest in mind, they are wanting to make deals fast and be done with you. Because I have 3 children in car seats I had to purchase 2 new carseats to fit into our other car so they were narrow enough. We couldn't even get a rental car covered because the warranty denied the claim up front. I am now ~$434.00 in the hole for those expenses, which were promised that Towbin Kia would reimburse. When I finally got Peter (service manager) and Chance (general manager) on the phone he said he would reimburse me for the car seats and another expense out of our own pocket. That was on October 4th. I have emailed invoice twice like they asked, I have had no luck with emails, phone calls, or messages and still we have not been reimbursed. Chance, I am waiting, I have it in recording you would reimburse me. I am very disappointed in this business, with their ethics and how they handled my situation. I have not and will not recommend anyone to buy from this place. I attached the pictures of our sludged up engine that we were supposedly to have caused with only putting ~6,000 miles on the car, there is no way we caused that much damage to a car in so little time especially if we changed the oil twice. The damage was done because prior owner did not take care of car and Towbin Kia sold me a car I thought was CPO and wasn't. Buyer beware.

2nd car purchase from towbin Kia! Thank you Brittany for yet another great experience in the sales process. Didn’t think we would leave with a new car but Brittany was very diligent in making sure we got the best deal. We will be holding onto this car for a long time and I know our new Kia won’t let us down. We will be able to save on gas and we now have enough seats for our growing family! This Kia dealership is fantastic! My husband and I called in when we saw a car online that we liked. We set a same day appt up with Ronaldo and have nothing but good things to say. He took the time to understand what we were shopping for, let us know what our options were, wasn’t pushy, and got us a great deal at the end of the day! David on the financing team was also great to work with. Very smooth process from start to finish and we weren’t in the dealership for hours on end. Highly recommend!

Marco Torres did an amazing job selling me my Kia Seltos 2024. He took the time to explain the features in detail. Was offered a test drive right away. Very kind salesman, not pushy whatsoever. The process of buying a car was easy and smooth thanks to him. Thank you Towbin Kia!Edit to add: I have returned here for window tinting and I have to mention how rude the staff is. The front desk woman was sweet and helpful. After my car was taken, I asked a woman behind the main big desk if she knew a rough estimate on how long my window tinting might take and she didn't even look at me and just said "nope no idea." Another blonde woman who appeared to be a car dealer gave me dirty looks the whole time I was waiting and almost bumped into me by the restroom area. When I bought my car here the service was amazing. This time around the complete opposite. Maybe because my car was already purchased? Lol. Just odd and off putting.
