I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 5 years of Nissan Henderson and everything is all good except this recent oil service I received.I Arrived around 10:18 am to get an oil change. So Fabian is his name took my key and he told me just wait.I waited more than 2 hours. So I checked and ask him if my car is done. Then I found out nothing has been done at all.I told him what happened? He gave me a lame excuse that it’s been busy but I don’t see many customers waiting at the lobby.I never even get a text or call it may take awhile. So I told him where is my car you sent me a picture that it’s getting service. He said it’s the picture when I arrived and it’s not in the stall. He came out then drove my car himself to take it to the stall and I waited another hour again.I am so disappointed with the service I received.

Service writer was very nice, however the entire ambiance was quiet and dull. No tv in the waiting room and just not a happy place. The very happy and great service writer that usually takes care of my car was no longer there.

I was greeted right away when I pulled in for my Nissan Rogue service. The service advisor Fabian Perez was very professional and friendly and took care of me right away. I usually get a multi- point inspection text letting me know how the vehicle is or if it needs any further service, however, I didn’t get one this time, so I don’t think it was performed. Older cashier was rude. I’ll still be coming back for my Nissan Rogue future services

We had a great experience at the Henderson Nissan Service Center. I really liked the text messaging feature that indicates the recommended service and the opportunity to accept/reject service items via text. That was so easy and convenient. I know it made the service quicker too. I will be back!

Henderson Nissan is who I trust with my vehicle. My Service Advisor Ed Mayapis, always answers my questions and address my concerns. He makes sure that my vehicle is running at its optimum performance. He always keeps me informed of the status of the work being performed. The work on my vehicle is always completed right. Ed reviews my vehicle inspection with me and addresses all my questions. I always recommend Henderson Nissan to all my colleagues, family, and friends. Henderson Nissan is an excellent service center.

We had no idea what to expect, as our car is 8 years old and the dreaded check engine light came on. Henderson Nissan quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us the estimate, fixed a recall, and even added on a few extra needed services for an extremely reasonable price and got the car back to us the next day. Very pleased and grateful.

Came in for my 50,000 mile service. It went very well. I got a text message that the brake fluid needed to be changed. I was able to authorize it through the message and send it back to Chris which he then relayed it to the mechanic and he got it done.

I made the mistake to take my car to the dealership when I been taking care of my car since I got it unless it's something I dont know or just need a second opinion. I have my own car reader to tell me the problems I have if my engine light pops up. But I just decided with the problem I was having it was best to go to a dealership so I did to be safe. They charge me 149$ diagnosis would be waved if I did a main service of the reason. When I got that text of the diagnosis and prices and to accept/decline it blew my damn mind how much they were gonna charge me. Some of the following that I remembered they listed was : CVT change $300+, engine cabin filter $50+, oil change $100+, and mass flow sensor $600+ the main diagnosis. Nissan really trying to rob a nurse who is female as if I dunno anything about general things of cars. I have changed my engine oil many times and my engine filter AND my own mass air flow. All these literally things that take a minute or 10min to do and charges 5x the supply and labor while people would be waiting hours for this to be done. I can legit change my engine filter in 1minute and supply cost $10. I can change my engine oil in 10min and supplies cost around $30-40. Finally I can fkn change my MASS FLOW AIR SENSOR in 2MIN and supplies cost $150 . This is when I realized my car is very sensitive in the type of sensor manufacture the one I put in was not signaling well which made me hesitate and get a second opinion and go to Nissan ... and bc of that I learned that I needed a authentic OEM model of my mass flow air sensor. So... overall do the math... add what Nissan quoted me and how much it only cost me to do it myself. Outrageous. Ladies go on YouTube and learn the basic things so dealership can stop robbing us bc we don't know anything about cars.

Bought a 2013 tahoe. When i went and decided to buy, they then tried to add a $2900 reconditioning fee. This of course should had already been a part of the selling price. They said non negotiable, so i then got them down to $2630 off the truck. They said they still had to charge $270 minimum to fix or ensure everything was safe. I accepted due to a really good price on the truck. When i did get the truck i found several minor things that should had been included in the safety inspection, that i had to fix myself. If these things werent adressed why did the dealership list it for sale in the first place. Havent bought a new vehicle from them since they were new, and dont plan to use them again.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Titan. Fluids were not topped off, and it's a good thing I happened to do a walk around after they gave it back to me. I found pretty decent scratch marks on the left front fender that were very fresh. Had Chris, Pedro and another manager look at it. They determined it was fresh and they at least offered to pay for the repairs. I was disappointed they did not offer to refund my service charges. I would not recommend this service department for obvious reasons. Next time I will take it to Walmart...

I love how the service representative was honest and upfront with me from the very beginning. They told me what could and what couldn't and did an inspection without charging me extra. That's why I come back to Henderson Nissan. They are very polite ☺️ and not trying to blow smoke up my but. Hugs

I would just like to say, I have never used this dealership before this experience. I went there for a simple service problem with my 2006 350 Z I was unable to perform the task to remove my rear tail light, so I can replace my turn signal light. When I was unable to do that, I thought taking it to the dealership would be a simple fix. it was not. Not only were they not able to perform the task. They actually lost a bolt and the cap for that cover. Did not realize it until I opened up the rear hatch to see what it happened. Went back to the dealership and they said that they didn't do it. The thing that bothered me most was the lack of responsibility of what they did. not the cost. Nor the money it was like they literally ran away from responsibility. I would never recommend this dealership for any service moving forward. They seem to be more interested in breaks and lunch.
