DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ !MY INSURANCE COMPANY RENTED MY CAR FOR ME FOR A ACCIDENT THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT. THIS COMPANY CHARGED MY CARD 4 DIFFERENT TIMES THEN AFTER I DROPPED CAR OFF CHARGED ME ONCE AGAIN FOR $360 . THEY DID NOT EVEN REFUND MY DEPOSIT. NO WAY TO GET FUTURE BIZ.. MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NO LONGER RENT FROM HERTZ .THIS COMPANY IS CLEARLY HARD UP FOR MONEY..I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR ...PLUS YOU CALL AND OFCOURSE CANT GET CUSTOMER SERVICE REAL PERSON .JUST RECORDING FORGET RENTING CARS !!!

This location was great in 2010. They dont even answer the phone now. Only one person working at the desk these days. They always change the vehicle you select.

I am a professionally trained bodyguard. Hertz is still the worst company I have ever dealt with. The cars out of Vegas run bad and are previously damaged. Habit yourself into a close inspection. It has saved me on more than one occasion. I do not recommend Hertz unless you are in dire need. That's my policy

Did a one way state to state rental. The office of origin said my dog had to be in a crate for the entire trip.Office of destination is charging me a cleaning fee that was not mentioned prior to booking. Stating the concern was for people who may be sensitive. Then why allow pets in rentals if you're so concerned?Whoever called said that it looked like a small white dog was running around inside. Well, she's 54 lbs and furry. Dogs don't need to be mobile or uncovered for their fur to spread. This was a move from one state to another and this SUV was packed.Highly annoyed.

I rented a car from Hertz. I chose the option of picking up one place and delivering it to another. I selected the pickup location city and the drop off location, the Santa Rosa CA airport. When I got to the airport to return the car there was no Hertz sign and I was told Hertz no longer had a presence there. I called the Santa Rosa office and they said I had to return the car downtown, then cab or Uber back to the airport. The clerk in Santa Rosa was very nice and gave me a credit which will pay for the Uber but the drop down menu on the Hertz website still indicates that airport as a viable pickup and drop off site. Terrible customer service!!

THANK YOU PHILIP I was LIED TO and turned away by the Enterprise down the street on Bruner Ave. Philip did everything he could to help me get a car before Hertz was closed. I can't thank him enough for his tireless efforts to help me get into a car the SAME day.

If I could give zero stars, I would. PHILLIP gave me the worst experience and customer service that I had ever been given by a car rental company. Booked a car and was called saying that specific car was not available and that I would need to cancel, which was fine. I rebooked a different car at the same location, for a higher price a day in advance. I figured there was no issue because my booking went through and no call about an issue like the previous booking. Showed up the day of my booking which was 8:00. Waited for 45 minutes before i was EVEN GREETED! mind you, my rental was for 8AM this morning and i wasn't greeted until well after 8:45. A worker from enterprise right over even called for PHILLIP to come and he said he would be right over but i still waited for about 10/15 minutes before he even came over. Long story short, PHILLIP, told me that he called me yesterday about a specific car being available and i explained to him that i booked a TOTALLY DIFFERENT car that was even more expensive and he said that there was still no cars available. i asked why i didn't get a call or any form of notification like i did for the last booking and he said because he didn't get in until 7:30AM. to me, i felt like that was more than enough time to call someone to tell them that there are no cars available especially because it was 8:45AM at that time and that was more than enough time to call. He was very rude about the situation and basically didn't even want to help me look for another car or call a different location for me. i told him i wouldn't be coming back to this location because i felt as if I was being disregarded and he said "good! please don't!" I called Hertz and reported the incident to corporate and they were very wonderful about the situation. Although i had to cancel my trip because there were no available cars for the time i needed, they gave me a credit to use for next time. I will not label all Hertz the same, but this location has a lot of work to do.

After a series of terrible experiences with Hertz rentals and customer service in the past, I finally have my faith restored in the company after my recent rental from Denise. She was the most professional and friendly agent who made the whole process easy and reliable. Will definitely be returning to her location only for future rentals.
