We contacted the Hertz office when water from rain leaked on to the steering wheel and the driver’s lap. Upon our returning the vehicle to the Hertz office, we were not thanked for notifying the office of the leak and defective front windshield weatherstripping. The Hertz office clerk requested photos he had sent us of the vehicle. We were told that if the photos had not shown the defective front windshield weatherstripping we would have been held responsible. The exterior of the car and the interior of the windshields had not been cleaned. We were given a car with defective front windshield weatherstripping. This a concern.

Will definitely be booking again and soon and will return to the Gibson location.

No problems at all. Fast and efficient service. Audrey was amazing. She made the process much better. I would recommend her every chance I get.

Do not use Hertz. I reserved a 7 passenger vehicle days in advance. Show up and they have no large vehicles. Did not communicate this to me at all and then days later I see an $84 no show fee on my credit card. Wow.

Worst rental experience I’ve ever had…. Car was delivered FILTHY! Full of sand and dirt everywhere. Vomit on the rear floor. Cargo area filthy …. Sticky substances on the steering wheel and other controls…. Spent an hour and a half just making it habitable. The staff at this location obviously don’t give a damn about customer satisfaction.

Horrible place, no cars for same day bookings even though the website allows you to book it. 1 person working the desk. Long waits and cars are not even clean or vacuumed. Poor service. People standing frustrated.

All the bad reviews on this location are on point, couldn't have said it any better myself. And one more thing, if you need to use the restroom you're s.o.l because they don't let customers use their restroom so if you decide you want to rent from this location, do yourself a favor and use the restroom before you go.
In my humble opinion this location shouldn't even exists, might as well close it down.

I need to clear something up:
My worst car rental and customer service experience was not at the Henderson store. It was at the Bellgarden's Hertz car rental store. The Hertz representative in Henderson was very professional and polite.

TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!! The black lady that was attending me was very rude from the start, rolling her eyes and having extremely rude and bitchy attitude towards me despite me being polite and patient with her. Everything I asked her she respond angrily and annoyed, like if that’s not her job to do, and she wouldn’t offer any other solutions or anything. Just a completely terrible person to have working at a customer service job, her co- workers weren’t much of help either just staring not even checking her attitude that wasn’t just towards me but most of the customers that came the doors of the business that hour I was there . I don’t know what personal problems she has but she has to learn to leave them at home or find a job that fits her personality , definitely not front desk customer service .

This location is a nightmare. The employees are rude and they stated they didn’t have a car for me even though I had a reservation. I am a presidents circle member and that doesn’t help so don’t assume loyalty is a concern to them. Locations like this are why hurtz is going out of business. The employees are so rude and don’t help you come to any sort of reconciliation. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
