I ordered an item online for ship to store 3 weeks ago. It was expected for 3-5 business days. The store received my package 2 weeks ago. I got no updates. I called in 3 times and went into the store a few days ago to inquire about it and was told it never came. I called again today and finally someone thought to check their package closet. My package has been sitting there since Dec 30th. This store and employees are awful. They don’t scan or log packages correctly and the manager (pictured) doesn’t seem to care or run this store properly. Horrible experience! Go to the Town Square location. Better service and bigger store.

Was a very supportive staff, had great and varied items, I felt supported by My purchases, and i got a 10 dollar off on my purchase, I will shop there again. I also came into Hollister being told as well, I was a certain pant size at another 1×. Being able to figure out tgat wasn't a correct guesstimate of my actual size .

You have to spend an extra 4$ to apply a $10 discount for a 39.99$ purchase according to the sassy manager. Complete scam. Also the store is way too dark and unorganized you'll spend forever finding anything
