Beautiful selection of plants, I got some lavender and strawberry for the low. I had enough money after to get my wife a buzz ball.

I came in looking for organic compost and this place just has one brand of soil, no compost. They didn't carry anything like what they specified on their website. This place is just a big disappointment

Like this Home Depot at Dorrell & North 5th. Not too busy, kind and helpful staff, most items are not disorganized. Just wish they didn't have to lock up so many items that require waiting for staff to unlock and carry items up front due to theft issues.

Check out was awful but not HD's fault.
Just some confused woman who couldn't count or beleive the clerks repeated attempts to explain her item total. She just wasn't having any of it. Sent to isle 33 for plastic totes that were also right in front of check out. Thanks for the extra exercise.
All things considered, not one of my favorite visits in recent memory

Extremely incompetent when dealing with this corporation online, simple return (due entirely to their mistake) takes an over an hour on the phone of time wasted.

Today, We visited the HomeDepo For Christmas lights that were to be 50% off after the holidays. We have a cart full of outdoor lights and proceeded to the self-serve register. However, the price kept scanning the price which was the price indicated under the item. Above all the Christmas items was this huge cardboard 50% off sign. Therefore, confusion was apparent. The clerk was short in explaining the price and had another clerk add more confusion by saying that the lights were priced at 47.00 (no such price). Of course, we didn't get them he snatched them from us and took them away. People are angry over automation and AI replacing human interactions. Why should human interactions be so rude and hostile? Maybe will get better service at another store.

Showed up at 7:04 pm to pick up an order I placed online just to find that they decided to close an hour early for some ridiculous corporate event. I drove out of my way because my local Home Depot didn’t have the item I needed. Epic fail Home Depot!!! There’s a very good possibility I’ll return the item before even coming back here to get it, and I’ll just give Lowe’s my money from now on.

It's a decent Home Depot, but it doesn't seem to have everything that my local one has.

Go to a different home depot. No workers to be found. When I finally found em they were in a group talking about their cell phones. After standing right behind them and looking at them for a minute I asked for help only to have 2 of them stare like they didn't know what planet we were on and the other guy "call for help". They never came but I did see another group of three chit chatting in the back lmao and 2 greeters when I exited 'without buying anything" that told me to "have a good day." Just drive to a different one.....the whole store is on another planet....they aren't at work. What a world.

Home Depot is my go-to place for all home improvements. I visit many stores In multiple states for different projects. This store is very crowded, tight aisles, full of product sitting on carts, debris on floors, and nobody asked me if I needed assistance. I left without buying anything except an energy drink.
