Always great selection they have when I stop by. I love their rewards system and when they have hot cash deals going. Lovely staff always ready to assist and have a good touch and go system I don’t feel like they are chasing me around the store ?

I ordered an eyeshadow pallet online for pickup. When I came to get it, I was given a defective one. I went back inside and asked the staff for help. Despite how busy they were, they took the time to address my issue. Mars, the manager, was wonderful! They price matched and exchanged the pallet for a different one. They even offered to give me another 30% off if I had more shopping to do. I didn't plan on shopping anymore that day, but it was a very nice gesture. Thanks so much!

had 4 small stickers and had been waiting in line behind a screaming child for about 10mins. finally when it was my turn, i go to the register where nick (cashier) is and another women comes up from the side (not in line) and nick asks who was next altho he knows it was me, ive been standing there for 10mins! the other woman admits its me but that she needs help. nick tells me to wait and helps her. im still waiting when nick come back and finally helps me. the woman stands behind me in line. nick rings up my 4 small stickers and i ask his name and he says nick, im the manager is there something i can help you with? im sorry, im a manager too. i would never ask 2 customers who was next and then help the person who wasnt in line and who wasnt next! i was astounded at the poor customer service and that this was supposedly a manager. the worst part is the girl behind me that he helped first got done before me. obviously hot topic does not think my time is important.
