“Very safe, quiet and smoke-free. No smoking is allowed and combined with quiet and safety, this is one of the ideal living spaces in Lake Las Vegas. There are many different unit floorplans. The condominium has a beautiful pool and underground parking is available to owners. The condos are privately owned residents. The HOA and maintenance needs to do a better job in keeping the East Tower clean; the carpets in the halls are filthy.”

“I came to this hotel last month due to my job setting me up here. I came in through the front and was greeted by to workers who helped me get checked in my room was on the second floor. The room was normal bed with a small couch,tv microwave and a fridge. The mattress did feel very used i don't know how often they change the mattress but yeah that's my only complaint. They do have breakfast at 6am I believe every morning which is good they try to change it up everyday. I did not use the pool because it was super windy and cold but on the last day there the pool was closed cause they were going to get some work done on it. Most of the reviews I've seen are people complaining about the price I can't say anything on that cause my job paid the tab.”

“I'm a huge fan of aloft hotels. I must say the one in Tempe, the one in Scottsdale and nonetheless the one in Henderson is just as fine. The customer service is tremendous. The rooms are definitely great and what you get is what you pay for and what you get is a pretty nice hotel for a pretty nice price and a very quiet and very nice area for most locations, especially this one. Thank you for a great stay! 100% Satisfied!”

“HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO WHERE WE NEEDED TO BE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS SUBURB, ALWAYS HAD A SMILE AND EAGER TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE. A GOOD ASSORTMENT TO CHOOSE FROM. ROOM WAS NICE, COULD HAVE HAD BETTER LIGHTING AND THE FILTER IN THE A/C UNIT NEEDED CLEANED. OVERALL EXPERINCE WAS GOOD. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN BASED ON INTERACTION WITH FRONT DESK STAFF.”

“I booked my vacation not knowing anything about lake las vegas. I have been to vegas a hundred times but never thought of staying over there. It was mine & my wifes bday weekend, I wanted to suprise her with a nice quiet & relaxing getaway. I was very pleased with the whole hotel/resort. The staff was accomodating & the rooms were great. A big plus to the resort was that it was dog friendly. I would definitely stay there again. One of my best vegas getaways for sure.”

“This is a good hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean, and the hotel is located around a lot of restaurants and shops. The only issue I had with the hotel, was the lightening in the room. When the shades were closed, even with every light on, my room was very dark. I suggest the hotel improve the room lighting.”

The property is looking a bit tired…a few small cosmetic repairs would go a long way in making first impressions positive. We were on the third floor and everything was fine. “Really nice resort. If you are the type that doesn't care too much for gambling, this is the place for you. Being from the Northeast, the man made lake is a little weird but really great contrast with the mountain in the background.Overall, you should not be disappointed.”
