“Seafood buffet is ?. High quality products. Snow crab thick with nice claws. Stone crabs didn't have much flavor, odd for February but not their fault. Prime rib was tender, flavorful. Looked like the cook time on it was a bit rushed, but still delicious. Same with Wellington. Extra dark on the outside, LOL. But Filet was very good inside. Duxelle somewhat bitter inside pastry. Lobster tails stole the show. Cooked perfect, tender not rubbery and well seasoned.
Yeah, all protein for me. Staff very friendly and attentive also. Not a HUGE selection of items, but i got more than enough to eat.

“I like staying here when I'm passing through Las Vegas. It's easy to access and you can park very close to the hotel. Very reasonable rates for the rooms. You get a free breakfast at the restaurant the next morning. Summer was working the front desk when I checked in and she was awesome. Great energy and a very helpful person.”

“If you travel with your kids for soccer tournaments this is a very good choice, close to the sport complex in Henderson, the rooms are clean, the service is great and the breaskfast with green salsa is awesome!
It has an outdoor pool that should be nice to use in summer time!”

“If you're looking for a beautiful hotel outside of Vegas then this is your place. Its a Westin property so you know its top notch. The valet was quick & easy, the front desk was efficient & very accommodating, & I LOVE the luxury scent they use to deoderize the lobby. The rooms were normal, not over the top but very clean. I had a room over looking the lakes, so beware if you want to enjoy your balcony & relax, you'll be surrounded by mosquitos. I tried drinking my coffee & watching the sunrise & I truly couldn't be because of the swarms. I thought maybe it was because it was the morning but later that day I tried to read out there with no luck. As well,my daughter's forgot to shut our sliding glass door & when we got back our ceiling was covered in mosquitos. As we were sleeping all i could hope was that they stayed up there. Besides the mosquitos the property had a cafe serving Starbucks & quick bites. There's a couple of restaurants in the hotel & a bar lounge. Near by is the Village which offers gelato & a variety of restaurants. Make sure to call & reserve. It was a very busy weekend so we were not able to get into any place in the village so we drove to Henderson which was only 25 mins away.”

“I had stayed with my family here for 2 days, no complaints. We were visiting for my little sister's engagement. Thank you Springhill Suites for your hospitality and wonderful customer service! The night auditor, Tofee (I am sure I misspelled her name) was so sweet!!! Overall the front desk people were super helpful, and hope everyone enjoyed the cake I had left. Happy Holidays!”

“Had a 3rd floor room with a window overlooking the pool and a window overlooking the back of the property. Hotel was great....clean, accomodating, good breakfast, etc. The only reason I deducted a star for location was due to what essentially appeared to be homeless campsites behind the property with trash everywhere. Woke up every morning to a homeless man sleeping on an abandoned mattress behind the property. This appeared to be no fault of the hotel itself as the property in question was not that of the hotel. Although, it did take a little away from the aesthetic.”

“I recently visited MonteLago Village at Lake Las Vegas, and I can’t say enough good things about this incredible destination—truly a 5-star experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning Mediterranean-inspired setting. The cobblestone streets, charming piazzas, and breathtaking views of the 320-acre lake against the desert mountains felt like a slice of Tuscany, just 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.
The variety of activities here is unmatched. I loved strolling through the village, popping into boutique shops, and grabbing a delicious meal at one of the waterfront restaurants—Luna Rossa and Mimi’ & Coco’ Bistro were highlights, with fresh, flavorful dishes and a cozy vibe. Seasons Grocery was a convenient stop for snacks and essentials, and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. We rented kayaks from the marina and paddled across the serene lake, which was an absolute blast and a perfect way to enjoy the scenery.
The atmosphere is both relaxing and vibrant. We caught a free lakeside concert one evening, and it was such a treat—sitting on a blanket, sipping a drink, and listening to great music under the stars. The community events, like these concerts, really bring the village to life and make you feel part of something special. Even just walking along the lakefront, taking in the views, was pure bliss—far enough from the Strip’s hustle but close enough for a quick visit if you want it.
The amenities at MonteLago Village are top-notch. The resort-style pool and spa were perfect for unwinding, and the fitness center was well-equipped for a quick workout. I also appreciated the secure underground parking and the easy access to everything in the village. The staff throughout the area were attentive, warm, and clearly proud of this beautiful spot.

Wonderful staff morning and night! Diamond was an amazing help! She went above and beyond helping us w whatever we needed. We loved it so much we came back for another night 3 days after our first stay! Continental breakfast was yummy, my boys loved the pool and hot tub our room was great! Can't say enough! 5+ stars!! “I travel for work I'm $100/night type of person I look for affordable and CLEAN hotels and this is one of them. Don't go with the bad reviews this place is a Hawthorn which are USUALLY a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the TV, A/C works, hot water plenty of towels, the stovetop works and they had dishes pots and pans ( this Hawthorn you have to specify you want a kitchen in your room when you book ) The pool and jacuzzi were clean and pleasant. They had some stains in the carpet in the hallway but that's about it. Breakfast waffles eggs sausage potatoes they even serve dinner on Wednesdays which was pretty good actually. I'm a very picky person when it come to hotels my wife is a very picky person when it comes to everything she didn't have any issues this is a good stay trust me.”
