Zach was great! Very informative and made it incredibly easy and painless. He was a few minutes late which wasn't that big of an issue for me, it's a Sunday, I've got time. What I didn't appreciate was hearing his manager or coworker scorn him in front of me and the rest of the office, couldnt that have waited untill I was gone? I hope he's still there next year and I will definitely be using Zach to do my taxes again! Thank you!

Laura Mccalister totally sucks! I tried filling my tax with her and scheduled a call to go over my taxes but she never bother to call me back! Don't waste your time with her!
