I’ve been going to this location for many years now but this time was the best experience we had. Jongho was amazing, he’s very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Hopefully he’s still there next tax season.

Ask for Lori Owens. She has done my taxes every year since I starting working and has never steered me wrong. Experienced, professional, friendly and the best there is.

Scott Kjar & Denise (Office Manager) are a joke. Poor communication skills & terrible advice that could cost you tens of thousands. They don't listen to hear and talk over without clear points - I had to submit formal complaints to H&R Block as well as the regulators regarding their conduct.

do not even bother! ive been with h&r block for many years. this is the 1st time my taxes have been months late. i filed first week of feb and irs accepted my taxes feb 14. however i STILL do not have my refund. i message my tax pro who leaves me on read and doesnt even reply! im worried about my money as im a single mom and no one cares lol. ive called and left messages asking why are my taxes delayed as i worked less than a year. no one will give me ANY answers. im worried my tax pro messed something up but no one returns my calls. may will be 3 months since i filed and i havent heard a single word and h&r block does not care and doesnt respond to my many attempts to find out why the delay. all my friends and family used CHIME and got their money in the same month. i will no longer be a customer or do business with shady companies like h&r block who wont even respond and tell me whats going on when i PAID them to do my taxes! beware.
edit: called and still no return phone call. its 5/8/24 and STILL no refund!

Tried to talk to the IRS situation with the manager explaining my situation I was so polite, she was so un friendly she hung on me, again I needed information on my case, she's useless ?

This H&R Block has been exceptional, and I've used them for the past 3 years. Their services were always timely, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Carla Thomas is the best tax consultant I've ever had and definitely makes you feel like you're in good hands!
