This company deserves big recognition .. I use to buy my ink from staples for my canon . The past few years I use this company exclusively. The ink is excellent and I pay The same price for 12 cartridges from them that I paid for one large black at staples. I recently had an issue with my printer and EMILY the angel helped my til I got it right . If you have a problem with them they stand by their products. So if you want good ink for a fantastic price use inkojet , and you will be very pleased . Each time I emailed them (and it was many) I got a response almost immediately so I don’t understand the complaints about calling and not getting an answer…did you write them?

I am so glad that I discovered inkojet before replacing my old but reliable HP printer. This is the only place I am now able to purchase cartridges and actually at a much better price then previously. My most recent shipment did not work but customer service was very helpful and I just received a replacement shipment without charge. This claim was months old because I had been traveling and then honored it anyhow.I would recommend them highly!

I placed an order for 8 Epson 252XL cartridges In June 2021. When the box of inks arrived, the black cartridges had broken open and black ink was everywhere. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until the ink was all over my hands and my table, which is still stained. I took pictures, as requested, and sent them to Inkojet requesting a replacement. They keep telling me black replacement ink was in the mail. It has yet to arrive. I will never buy from them again since their product or word can't be trusted.

Do not buy HP ink cartridges from Inkojet. I purchased a bag of 12 recently, and they shipped 4 ink cartridges that were not the right replacement ink cartridges. I contacted customer service 6 times and sent pictures of the wrong cartridges. You cannot put a square peg in a round hole! This process has taken about 6 weeks of back-and-forth passing the buck to the technical team and senior management with no results to resolve this problem. Hi Barry, We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience you had to go through. We have escalated this to our senior department so that we can help you with the return of these ink cartridges. I purchased ink pack for HP printer. Magenta cartridge bad. No one will answer emails or phone calls. I finally received a return email after initial post indicating that a claim was started for me and they would get back with me. Unknown when.

I purchased and promptly received an ink pack for our Epson XP-810 Printer as well as a separate XL Black ink. Our order was with standard shipping. I've installed one of the ink pack cartridges and it works well so far. I also received an extra XL Black that I did not order. I contacted the company and received an email response the same day. Apparently the additional cartridge was included by shipping mistake, and I offered to pay for it. INKOJET told me to keep the extra ink and accept as their gift. I plan to continue to place additional orders for their ink packs and individual cartridges. Thank you for the gift.

I made the mistake of not realizing that Inkojet sells non OEM ink.We have a new Canon printer at home and I was concerned about using non OEM ink.I emailed the company immediately after I realized my mistake trying to cancel the order, I must admit I sent several emails to make sure they got the message. They responded early the next day that they had canceled the order and refunded my PayPal payment. I was very impressed with their customer service. Nice doing business with a honest company. They could have ignored my request and caused me problems after the fact but they did the ‘right thing’ and I just wanted to share my positive experience.

Used them initially to replace ink cartridges for my HP printer. They were 1/2 the cost of regular cartridges and work great. Noticed they repaired iPhones on a visit. I had to replace screen on an iPhone 11 and they were $40 cheaper than other Henderson locations. Great customer service and finished under 1 hour.

Their black cartridges are a leaky mess. They leaked black ink on my fingers, my printer and left ink droplets on my carpet. Their customer service statement of 100% satisfaction is a joke. They refused to replace the cartridges. NEVER AGAIN. You can do better.

I would recommend Inkojet ! Great discounts, great products, great service !My brother in law purchases his ink cartridges from them too ! I used to pay full price, around $100 for 1 set and now I pay $47 !!! I am so glad I found their website. Finally, I can save money and print even more. My kids are happy too !!! EXCELLENT COMPANY ESPECIALLY DURING THIS PANDEMIC !

I was excited to try Ink O Jet as there were positive reviews and the price of HP ink cartridges is insane.First, the ink smells like it is giving off chemical fumes. It’s noticeable on the paper for a while after printing.Second, our printer has had constant print head clogs with this ink. We clean the print head numerous times to finally get all colors printing only to have it clog again a week later if we aren’t constantly printing. We never had this issue before.I was finally fed up enough to reach out to their customer service and was informed that it was my printer’s issue and that the 90 day warranty had expired.It must be inferior ink to have that smell and poor performance. Unless they decide to step up and make this right, I will never buy from them again.
