This is the worst Credit Union we have ever worked with and we've given them multiple chances. I've never had to tell someone else how to do their job more than their loan department. (Now closed, and I can't help but wonder why?) Our most recent issue, they failed to setup our auto-pay which resulted in our credit score dropping. Absolutely negligent staff. Do not use this business for anything. Take your money someplace that knows how to handle it.Response for Gloria:Hi Gloria, yes, I am speaking about the correct Credit Union. Our auto-pay was setup in October of 2022 via Docusign due to us moving out of state. We did not receive a single reminder (mail forwarding was active) until a phone-call in January about payments being 180 days late. What is the point of auto payments if we have to babysit your staff with completing them on your end? We've already spoken with your team and they had us pay back the missing payments in one large bill payment. $2500 without a single apology regarding your negligence. If you like me to be more specific, we were notified that our auto-pay document was never sent from your member services to the correct department. This has had a negative impact on securing funding for building our dream home in our new state. If you would like more information regarding this review's validity, please let me know and I'll be happy to call your establishment directly.

InTouch Credit Union uses so much technology that their customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered. I paid off my car loan over a month ago and still have not received my title. After calling and going through three people, they had no authority to release the title even though they could see the loan was paid off. They had to send a message to some unknown place and said I would get my title within 14 days! It's impossible to talk to anyone with authority and get a firm answer on anything. Same service when you go in in person. I went to the local office and they were closed until Oct 7 for renovations! No way to talk to an actual person with authority! I would not even give them a one start rating.

As soon as I walked in the older lady was very rude and made me feel cornered. Was just here for a shared branch transaction but would never move my accounts over to this branch due to her.

Jonathan made the auto loan process very smooth and easy for me. After dealing with the dealership, it was refreshing to work with someone who was very detailed and efficient. Loan process took about 2 days total in turnaround. Good rate and wonderful customer service. I would recommend this bank to friends and family members.

This about ITCU, not specifically Green Valley.Their web function is a bottom feeder. It more often than not doesn't work properly. Guess its time to try to transfer my direct deposits and go elsewhere. Want to get your monthly statement? LOTS OF LUCK on that! All you get is unavailable. Their response? Post a review. So, I did.

The cashiers there are nice polite very helpful my grandson wanted an account open there had to wait until he had a school ID.. They are awesome.

I was having issues with applying for a loan online and communication through emails with multiple credit unions. With only working normal business hours Mon-Fri, its been very difficult. I stopped by In Touch Credit Union Green Valley off Sunset in Henderson. I came into the branch a little too late but hopefully i talked to Corry Morris one of financial assistants. He was able to get me in on a Saturday. He checked up on my application and was able to not only able to open my savings account, but also get all my paperwork signed and finalized in no time. Because of Corry i am now able to drive my vehicle me and my family have needed for some time. I will be a customer for life now because of this accommodating experience. Customer service and understanding here is exceptional.

This place is an absolute joke. My husband got a car loan from these people and when the vehicle was wrecked the gap coverage refused to finish paying off the vehicle. This gap insurance was issued from in touch credit union. If you ever want to call and speak to a representative you will hold for over an hour trying to talk to a real person. Recently they closed down the Lakemeade branch and did not tell their members. During the pandemic my husband worked two jobs I was able to go to any branch to make the payment they just could not release any information regarding it to me. Well today May 5, 2021 I went to the Henderson branch and spoke to a woman name Ebony through the teller drive up system. She made me aware that I am no longer able to make a payment to the remainder of the loan in the drive up that I have to make an appointment to go inside a branch. Even though I have been able to do this prior. We had a seven month old baby my husband still works two jobs. It is very hard to go into a branch with a seven month old baby when the pandemic is still ongoing. The drive up teller was the easiest thing for me to do. When I asked Ebony to speak to somebody higher up she stated she would not let that happen because she was a manager. She was rude and cut me off several times. I am just a mom trying to make a payment on the loan that gap insurance that we paid for did not fully cover. With only two branches in Las Vegas I do not understand how these people are still in business with horrible customer service. If you would like a small branch credit union that has an actual nice people working for it go to plus credit union on Jones and Oakey!

Yeah avoid this place like a plague they screwed me over at a 900 bucks After putting my account on hold because of a gap claim . After the gap claim was closed they reversed all the freeze and charge me 900 bucks . Also don't do this get payment there to screw you out of that as well it you with fees they don't tell you about
