Really a great experience here today. I am visiting from Orange County. Prices are but higher here in Vegas for nails. This salon was friendly and my nail technician was really helpful. She did a great job. And thank you for my first client discount of 15 percent. My nails and pedicure look great!

I called in as I was getting off work to make sure they had availability for a hard gel manicure and gel pedicure. I get there and immediately the vibe feels rushed. They sit me in a pedicure chair to wait for someone to start my pedicure while a gentleman starts working on my hands. I had to request for him to work on/touch up my cuticles (which was a mistake). He was then aggressive and had an attitude that I had even asked. He made 4 of my fingers bleed, especially my pinky in an attempt to remove a hangnail that I didn't even know was there. My pinky bled for the whole duration of the manicure. All over his tools and file, and then he just proceeded to throw it back onto his cart. I truly hope he disposed of it afterwards. The bowl he had me soak my hands with the cuticle chemicals and such he just dumped into my pedicure bowl as I was getting my pedicure done. He half assed the hard gel overlay making it super thick and shaping is uneven. I asked for more rounded, left with squarish still. Everything is crooked and uneven. I've gone here a few times but this will be the last. Terrible customer service, unsanitary, poor services. It's gone down hill for sure.

The other person was right, they talk bad about their clients to their face in Vietnamese. So unprofessional. Will never go here anymore.

Ashley is my nail technician and she is absolutely wonderful always does a great job

Specialities: Innovative styles and my stylist works well with me for all the special things I asked for

So expensive for lack of detail and just not good. I went in asking for just a fill, no broken nails and plain pink gel. The manicurist asked me if i wanted to try ombre with some white airbrush and I said sure not knowing it would be $15!!!!! I could see $5 more but $15!!! And it was basically my whole nail that was airbrush white!!!! And my cuticles are white, skin around my nails are all white! He said I just need to wash my hands. So upsetting.

I've finally found the best shop. Roomy shop, nice employees and great atmosphere. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have been coming here for two years, and I Can’t be happier. Anytime I say oh this was my favorite. Somebody else works on me and blows my mind…. This one is absolutely my favorite. Thank you Kelly(sorry if I got your name wrong).

I will never set foot in this place ever again. I have to agree with the other person who posted a review. Some of the people who work there make customers uncomfortable by speaking badly in their language. Unlike the other lady who posted a review, I don't understand Vietnamese, but based on the facial expressions, body language, and how they were pointing at me, I'm certain they were speaking badly about me. I've seen 4 different nail techs at this salon. It's near my house, so it's conveniently located. Out of the 4 I've seen, only one was good and sweet. The other people who did my nails were rude to me and borderline disrespectful.

I was in there four hours and nine minutes today. I schedule an appointment in advance with one of the nail techs the day before. 40 minutes into my pedicure they informed me she wasn’t available because she double booked. Had they told me that before I started the pedicure I would have left. They then convinced me to go with another tech but waited until after the hour and a half pedicure to get started on my nails. The technician was physical rough with my hands I had to tell him he was holding them too hard during the service. He also scraped off some of my skin with the drill and didn’t seem to know how to use a file properly. Very heavy handed. Most of the nail people don’t know how to do anything except throw a coat of paint on people and get them out. As a result the tech had to keep redoing my nails as at one point he put black designs on my nails when the inspo was all one color I was very confused. After four hours I walked out with subpar nails and my toes painted pink when I asked for purple. A lady I was passing on the way out said she went in for natural whispy lashes and had them take them off because they gave her something that was gaudy. The previous time I was in a lady was yelling throughout the shop because her nails weren’t up to par. If you’re looking for high quality don’t bother this shop is for people seeking services that aren’t much higher in difficulty than a princess (kid) manicure.

I found Miley about 1 year ago, she is by far the best nail tech I have ever had. My nails and my cuticles have never been better. It took 9 months of bad salons before I found her. Really the entire salon is a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for someone to do all kinds of nails you won’t be disappointed if you ask for Miley. I told her I was afraid too many people would ask for her and I would have a had time getting in. You will want her to do your nails to I promise that.
