I brought in the ball for them to copy. I have them drill two brand new balls. Both of them were disasters my fingers had a under pitch and my thumb had an upward pitch not the only person to have this conversation from my bowling center about them

Great experience!! They were friendly. Took my measurements and drilled my ball in less than 15 mins. Then they have a small bowling lane that you roll the ball down to see how it feels and they watch how it comes off your hand. I'll come back

This place was awesome! I just got invited to a Leauge and they have perfect packages that come with shoes, ball and bag . They have great customer service and I really appreciate the experience they gave me !

Paul provides great service with what he does and has drilled multiple balls for my brother and i he refitted the ball for me and has drilled and prepared multiple balls for us great service and will forever go here. All love to paul and the other staff.

From start to finish it was a awesome experience. Trish or tish im sorry i forgot : (. Was helpful and helped my wife choose the right ball for her bowling style. Honest about what she needed and didnt try to upsell her on the ball.

We have visited this store multiple times while in the Vegas area. They are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are professional and fast. These guys would rather help people learn to bowl than to sell them things they doing need. I would recommend them every day of the week.

Jon and his team are truly the best. They care about the sport and their extensive knowledge and customer service proves it. I've been going to Jon before JB Bowling Supply came into existence and I'll always go to this pro shop for my bowling/drilling needs. Never before have I had such attention, expertise, and care taken for getting properly measured for a bowling ball. This is why, even after moving across the country, I still work with Jon and his crew.
I'm one happy camper with the newest addition to my bag! I'm excited to be the cool kid at our house with the early arrival of this beauty. Thanks JB Bowling Supply for all you do! Can't wait until our next trip back home to come and say hello!

It's a small shop but their customer service is huge. We were helped with patience, they answered our questions without making us feel like we should know the answer. You can really tell they care and love what they do. Their prices are good. I purchased a couple of items on clearance and wasn't that expensive. They have a pretty selection on bowling items. We found everything we needed to start bowling. Will definitely come back for other bowling gear in the future.

Bought a ball 8 months ago, they drilled it, it cracked. Called them to get proof of purchase. They outright refused to help unless I paid to ship the ball back to them at my cost. They are undoubtedly doing this to try and prove that the drill had nothing to do with the crack absolving them of any responsibility. They kept saying they had no record even thought I gave them the exact date and price of the transaction. Would not provide proof of purchase after everything, just kept insisting the ball be shipped to them across the country. Avoid at all costs. They will be very friendly when you are spending money and will not help you at all if there are any hiccups down the line. EDIT: No there are no "inaccuracies" in my review business owner. You or your staff could not be bothered to help me when I asked for help. When me and my friends came in spending money every time we were helped. When I called to get a proof of purchase you outright refused to "find" the receipt even though I gave you the exact date and purchase price. The only way to even get you to respond was to one star you on yelp which is proof of the bad business you are. I no longer require your help because Motive agreed to help even though you wouldn't. I don't respond to you because you wouldn't help in the first place. You solely wanted me to ship the ball to you at my cost, find a reason to blame me instead of the drill, like your employee on the phone did, then charge me to ship the ball back.

Just wanted to give JB Bowling Supply in general and Jon in particular a shout out. Excellent amount of bags, balls, etc., in stock and well-priced. Jon took the time to understand what I was looking for and then matched me with the equipment that met my needs. I really felt Jon was keenly interested in meeting my immediate needs while at the same time earning my future business. No pressure on me to buy stuff I did not need and in-fact, Jon told me to hold off from purchasing several items until I was sure I needed them. His recommendations and expertise made sense and I wound up following them. I purchased 2 balls, bag, shoes, and some assorted accessories...all within my planned budget. Ball drilling done while I waited. I highly recommend JB Bowling Supply, Jon, and any of the other staff.
