Best place for Mens Big and Tall section. The employees are very helpful, especially Moises in the Men's dept. Sign up with your number I had 7 $10 vouchers I was able to use. It pays (literally) to shop here.

This store has gone way downhill. It feels like you are inside a Kmart about to go out of business now. For the prices they are asking and the condition of the store including the doors that barely even open downstairs you might as well just shop online rather than coming inside. The only thing they sell I'll keep coming back for at this point is the Stafford tshirts for under shirts. It's a sad reality.. whoever is in charge of the stores appearance clearly isn't speaking up enough at their meetings you know they have. Seems more like an upper management issue than anything else.

I shop here ALL the time. I like buying my office clothes here but today an old lady with short hair, wearing a red shirt, stopped me from going to the fitting room. She said I already had too many clothes in my hands and couldn’t try them all. I was holding 7 items: 5 of them I had already tried on and was sure I would buy, and I just wanted to go back to the fitting room to try on 2 pairs of pants. She said that wasn’t allowed because it was too many, but I didn’t see any signs saying that. I explained that I was buying the 5 items and just needed to try the pants. She said I shouldn’t bring them all in the fitting room if I’m already sure of buying the others. So, I asked her if I could leave the 5 items I wanted to buy with her since I don’t know where to put them. She tried to figure out where to put my stuff but eventually told me it’s okay because she didn’t know where to put them either. WHY would she stop me then and ended up not knowing what to do. She basically stop me for no reason. She just wasted my time. Other customers were doing the same thing and she didn’t stop them. I never had this experience with Kohl’s and Macy’s. Please clean the fitting room “floor” all the time it’s dirty. I’m just glad because Rose from the cashier help me today to sign up for the rewards. She’s always sweet to me and she made my day atleast.

Store Lady name Rose is very rude her method of work and assistance to the public should part of JCPenny as a member of JCpenny i have never been treated this way.
