Only go here if you like to sit around forever waiting. I pulled into the service bay expecting a quick oil change and 45+ minutes later I was finally done. This threw off my schedule and I was late for an appointment afterwards. And as a business owner there is nothing that annoys me more than seeing a manager walking around doing nothing while the customers aren't being serviced in a timely manner. Roll up your sleeves and jump in to help instead of walking around with a clip board talking to people.

Much too expensive for a simple oil change! Never again. $90. Ridiculous!

Had a battery changed here a year ago and they convinced me to change my brake pads even though I just had them changed on the trip there. So unless you're telling me my brake pads went out in 2 days these guys will lie to up sell. Don't get anything extra done here, go somewhere else. Better yet don't support this location.

Went to Jiffy Lube on Marks Street for a simple oil change, and it was a waste of time. A “very” young guy came out, stared at my car like something was wrong, and claimed he "heard tapping" under the hood.
I didn’t hear a damn thing, and he refused to service my car, saying I should go to the dealership.
Took it to another Jiffy Lube, and three people confirmed there was NO tapping noise. This location either doesn’t know what they’re doing or was trying to scam me. Avoid this place.

They Lied! | They told me they filled the spare tire under the vehicle and they know they didn't. The tire takes 32 PSI. The caution light was still on. They told me it takes 25 minutes for the light to go off. The next day, another shop filled if from 25psi to 32psi. They also were looking for something on the left side of the back of the SUV which made no sense at the time. In hind sight, It appears that they were simply looking for a white to the caution light to disconnect as a deceptive short cut. While they didn't specifically charge for the tire, they did receive over $300 for other services that they sold and assured me the tire would also be filled. While the time waste of having to go elsewhere to get it taken care of, the lying is of the greatest emotional impact. Now I need to go to another shop to see if they even did the $300+ of services that they did charge for.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I had the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience at Jiffy Lube today. A scrawny boy named Matt ignored our clear instructions that the oil drain plug was previously stripped, and we specifically told them it needed to be drained from the top. Instead, he let another worker go down and mess with it, causing a huge issue, and then tried to argue with us about it. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time. I will never be coming back here again.

Called 5 minutes before arriving asking how long it would take for service. 15 minutes I was told. Her over an hour. Great service. 4 workers just walking around doing absolutely nothing.

I’ve been getting my oil changed here for quite some time on multiple vehicles. Today I arrived and there was a little bit of a wait, which isn’t normally an issue, about 45 minutes. I had already been sitting inside with my vehicle in the bay for about 20 minutes before they informed me that they do not have an oil filter for my vehicle, they suggest I go and purchase one myself and return later. I get a meager apology and no offer for compensation for my waste of time, I won’t be returning here.

I have previously only owned Jeeps and trucks so I have always changed my own oil. I just acquired a 2007 Honda Accord and am unable to get underneath it to change the oil so I took it to Jiffy Lube. Reasons for the 1-star review:
1) I was charged a $4.50 fee for bringing my own oil and filter.
2) The car takes 4.5 quarts of oil. They overfilled the oil by 1/2 quart.
3) I used full synthetic oil and they told me to return for an oil change in 3,000 miles. With full synthetic, oil changes are every 5,000-7,000 miles.
4) I watched a technician snap off my driver's side door lock knob. The store stated that they would buy me a replacement lock knob and install it for me. It has been over a week and I have not heard from them. So I bought the part and replaced it myself.
5) The other technician had difficulty fastening my engine air filter cover with a cordless drill. When he stopped trying and I asked if he had gotten it, he asked me to wait in the lobby. Lol. When I got home I popped the hood and he had not fastened 2 of the 4 bolts. I did it myself with a screw driver easily enough.
Stay away!

When did oil changes become $120? Go to midas! It’s only $40 there.. I guess the extra $70 goes to making sure you have 4 tires and brake light fluid!

Knucklehead lost my cap. I had to get out and look for it. I found it and I replaced it and they did not offer to reset my oil life
