As I was waiting in your lobby, I read your company's mission statement and realized your Stephanie location did that for me. I have been there several times now and will go nowhere else. I trust them
completely with Matilda, my Toyota. They all, from the ones who have been there a long time to the ones who haven't, give advice, skills and service of the highest standard. Congratulations to yout company for having an exemplary store. As my son would say when he was little: "Don't go way. I be back."

Had to take my boyfriend’s car in to get it looked at and I have to give a huge shout out to Troy for helping me out so much. He was very nice to talk to and got everything down really quickly. I will definitely continue to come here

Went to get an oil change today thinking I was passed due. The mechanic told that it had been less than 3000 miles since my last oil change and that the oil looked great. He said I didn't need one. They checked my tires and fluid with no charge since I was there. What great service!! They saved me a lot of money and a prevented an unnecessary disposal of clean oil. I've been going there for years and will continue to do so!

Joe and Bernie were amazing. Got me right in. Both were very kind and even funny. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for an Uber vehicle inspection or an oil change.

I had gone to this Jiffy Lube for years but that all ended this past Thursday (1/23/25). The oil light on my vehicle flashed on my way to work that day, so after work I drove as fast as I could to get to Jiffy Lube. I felt bad getting there 6 minutes prior to closing but I couldn’t leave work early. The manager, Joe, came out and told me that despite having hours that state they are open until 6:00 pm, they take their last customer at 5:30 pm because they have to clean up. Needless to say, I’ll never go to this or any other Jiffy Lube again. If your business is open until 6:00 you take customers until 6:00.

Great quick service. Dee Arvin my service attendant was very helpful, great trouble shooting, saved me money and articulated clearly what I need to solve my issue.
Joe the manger was helpful as well. Highly recommend and will come back!

Very fast and professional service. Came early and there was no line. I also had my tires rotated which I needed, and I didn't realize they offered this service so I'm glad the young man offered it to me. Great job guys!

Just went in for routine maintenance, oil change, inspection and tire rotation here and the staff at this location did not disappoint. I appreciate the work these gentleman did and I will come here for all of my truck maintenance due to the care and consideration they displayed.
