I usually never leave a review but ALONDRA & AMIRI were so helpful helping me pick out shoes for my 3 year old and they were so patient with him! I will definitely be buying all my son’s shoes at this location just because of them. THANK YOU!

To the girl I kept asking for adult sizes in the Ugg sneakers, i am EMBARRASSED. I didnt realize I was in a Journeys KIDS until after I left. Great experience even though I had no idea I was making a total fool out of myself LOL.

THANK YOU ABBEY!!
Came in on Sunday to get my toddler some shoes, right off the bat Abbey greeted us kindly at the entrance, showed us the toddler wall and proceeded to hang out w my baby, showing her croc jibits and suggesting shoes and socks! My toddler is very shy with strangers but was immediately won over by Abbeys kindness and sweet personality. We ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes and the croc jibits they were playing with.
I told the manager Abbey needs a couple dollars raise becuase she didn't just perform her job duties, she went above expectations and truly made a visit to the mall, a wonderful experience for not just my toddler but for us too.
Thanks a million Abbey! I hope you keep shinning your bright light and warm smile! This world needs you! :)

Special thanks to Maithy & Kyara!!! ??Hi, I wanted to leave an authentic review to the staff that works at journey’s Kids in Galleria. My daughter and I were browsing when she found her favorite cartoon character on a backpack,” baby shark.” As the ladies began to interact with my daughter, they made her feel super special; Maithy & Kyara were extraordinarily kind in serving my daughter's needs for more baby shark items, which they had in abundance. Both ladies were so patient and playful with Thea, my daughter; we felt unjust walking out empty-handed. We decided on a baby shark beanie and gloves set, which she demanded to wear as soon as we left the store. Thank you so much for all your help and for letting her try on the backpack.

Although I usually shop for my kids shoes online I decided to take her into journeys kidz and give her that experience for her back to school shoes... let’s just say I’ll stick to shopping for shoes online or another store than journeys. We went in and were greeted by a rep I asked her to bring out a sz 3 for my daughter for the converse she wanted..the rep brought out 5 different pairs out of shoes I DID NOT ask for, plus 5 different pairs of socks...meanwhile while we were waiting we had another rep trying to sell us a hydro flask plus crocs plus a backpack...I really wanted to pick her out more than one pair but I hated the pushing for sales I rushed out of there... even when we were at the counter checking out they proceeded to push the hydro flask again plus face mask.. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and my rep was super clueless to my questions...worst experience ever will stick to online.

SO PUSHY!! I came in to get my kids some Vans. They didn't have the pair my daughter wanted in her size. They brought out 4 other pairs in her size. After explaining we didn't want them over and over again.... i get my son a pair to try on and size up. I ask the price $41.95 then we decided on them and they are still trying to get me to buy the ones for my daughter. Then tey to sell us socks. I say no we don't need socks. She looks at my son as says you like glow in the dark socks!!! I say no to my son, he asks her how much. Because my kids know when I say no and they want something that they can buy it themselves with their money. She goes and gets the socks and he says he doesn't like them. She still tries to push them on him. We finally go to pay and another employee asked me why they're not getting the pair for my daughter and I say they are more then i want to spend. She then says well the ones your buying are $60.!!! SERIOUSLY i about walked out! Then they ring me up and my total for the one pair and it is $70. The original price i was quoted was $41.95 I question the price and they say it's because I sized up. I go check the size up and it says $55.95 They changed the price and i finally leave!! I felt ripped off and super uncomfortable. NO Customer service!! They are rude and pushy!!

Came here to find one pair of shoes the guy brought out five shoes that were not even the pair that I asked for... then when checking out he was trying to sell me even more items. I don't know if this is company policy, but I have been to a different journeys and the guy did the same exact thing. It's very inconvenient and very annoying. This is not great customer service or trying to up their sales!

I love this store #553 ask for Marilyn... Excellent Customer Service very Kid Friendly.... My Kids absolutely Adore her.... We travel 100mile each way just to get her Help and Advice... Thank You... Way to aggressive sales pitches. At first is comical then annoying. Ended up buying the shoes a couple stores down because of it.
