I found exactly what I wanted. The associate that helped me was very capable and friendly. Gary was the only one on the registers. He handled very well. It was a pleasant experience.

Dont separate the line and make all the Amazon returns wait before kohl's customer returns. Waited here 20 minutes just to drop off 1 item because they wouldn't take anyone from the Amazon return line first. So annoying

I like this kohls but woah Debb working counter for customer service returns is very condescending/rude. Terrible experience with her. Hope no one else has similar experience. I don’t understand why the attitude from this lady.

Horrible, clothes are ugly and extremely expensive. Left and went to Macy's, it was so much better. Lower your prices and get pretty, or cute clothes.
