I don't expect to shop at Kohl's in the future. Today was the second time I tried to purchase men's clothing and at checkout I was told that our discount certificate didn't apply to the cloths I wanted. This is the second time this has happened. I think I'll stick with Dillard's or Macy.

Got asked 10 times at checkout if I want to sign up for kohls card. I said no the first time and cashier was really pushy. Off putting experience.

Not too crazy on the selection of clothing they have for women. I like simple and solid neutral colors. I do buy Levi's for my son's and myself when they do have the sizes.

Sad the coupon mailer is used only for off brands as I wanted to buy food containers but was told it was a name brand and denied!! What the heck?!

The store needs more associates to be available throughout the store. It felt like the only associates that were available were all at the checkout counters.

I don't know if I will ever shop at Kohl's again. Couldn't use my 30 percent and they couldn't find my $10 Kohl's cash. It is too hard to get a deal at Kohl's anymore!

I visited Kohls to pick up some flannel sheets. Everything was fine with the shopping experience. At checkout I was asked for my drivers license and phone number which was not a problem. Then I was told to put in my SSN in order to get 40% off. I refused and paid full price. I needed the sheets and was in a hurry. I just want others to know we should not give our SSN to just anyone and Kohls should not make it a condition of purchase.

The staff are nice and polite, the vibe is very calm. Great deals from time ti time too! However, its a bit of a 50/50 shopping here. They have nice clothes and home items, but the problem realls comes down to sizing. They always run out of the middle sizes, so half the time the clothes are either to small or too large. I don't know how the stock ordering takes place, so I don't want to make it seem like its this locations fault if its not, but its a definite problem. Also, it seems like even if all the checkout lanes are open, they are slow moving for some reason.

Beware the coupons are very limited. They are mostly good only for their product names.
Prices are too high to be so cheap with the use of coupons.
