I have been a long standing customer for approximately 2.1/2 years.ONLY Because they were 1 minute from my home I continued to go for the convenience. However, I finally got fed up. I found a 5 star salon 5 minutes from my house with superior customer service see attached picture. They educated me that Tina had used so much hot gel on my nails it was causing fungus and my nails were paper. Tina never softened my cuticles so when they were trimmed my cuticles were ripping. Due to the hot gel my nail beds were constantly getting burned. I would jerk my hand and there was no real reaction. If you’re a one timer hopefully you get better treatment. Also, many times the gel polish, would just rub off my fingers. And when I asked why it was always the product never Tina‘s inability to do my nails correctly. Fortunate for me my loyalty now falls with a salon stylist who is extremely dedicated to his craft. My nails are stronger than they ever have been and only need a gel polish. Goes to show you, you get what you pay for. It’s a shame that a client based service allows itself to be run this way.

This was my first time here today and I’m so glad I came here. The salon is clean, neat and accommodating as well as affordable. They offer a lot of services with great customer service. The staff was nice, polite and welcoming. I got a gel full set and gel pedicure. Tina and polo are very nice. My feet feel like heaven and my hands feel so soft and look beautiful. I do recommend calling and making an appointment. This will definitely be my permanent new nail salon.Services: Acrylic nails

Hannah did an awesome job. I highly recommend this place. I have been going to so many different nail salons in the past few years since I moved here in 2016. I have been searching for a place that does and good job, is clean and has customer service that does not repel customers. Top 3 necessities in my book. Happy to say that this place has great customer service, is clean and they did a fantastic job on all of the customers nails who were there at the same time that I was. I always ask to see others' nails on my way to the restroom to wash my hands. :)

I love this place! Tina and Polo are always welcoming and accommodating. . .not to mention friendly! It's like visiting a friend and coming home with gorgeous nails! Even though they take walkins, it's always best to call for an appointment because they are in high demand - but they're definitely worth it!
