They don't answer the phone or send you to voicemail. Then don't call you back when you do leave a voicemail. If I could give it no stars for customer service I would

Today on 12/20/24 around noon at LabCorp on Whitney I had the greatest experience from Anthony. My lab req was quite longer than normal. I typically pass out from a blood draw. Today Anthony went out of his way to keep me calm. Had empathy and listened to me. He did such a good job I did not pass out. He made sure I was ok afterwards as well. I wish I could request him always.

This is a great labcorp location!! Super fast, and the phlebotomist got me on one stick. It usually takes people multiple sticks to get me, and it's a terrible experience. But she was quick and efficient. I was super appreciative. I would highly recommend this location.

This is the greatest location. No appointment, you have to wait a little. Staff is ALWAYS kind and the service is fantastic.

I was extremely nervous based on these reviews but my experience was great! The front desk was so friendly and helped me with the process of checking in as it was my first time. I was a walk-in today and was there for maybe 20 minutes. The phlebotomist was quick and efficient, as well. Every customer was handle quickly and kindly. I have no complaints!

Went in with no appointment in the afternoon and they took care of me in less than 30 mins. Front desk was so amiable and the phlebotomist was great.

The staff member I was communicating with was very confrontational when explaining my insurance options and by this I mean there was no explanation for her statements or replies, just this is they way it is going to be, which the lack of reasoning really don’t address my questions and was frustrating. My next issue is with the parking situation, def not any employees of this locations fault but all the other businesses around this facility have reserved parking spots so this there is limited parking, I will says staff member here was one enough to let me know that my vehicle may be towed where I had parked, so I appreciated that. With this all being said the woman I had to communicate with prior to having my labs done was not beey professional, listening to her speak to other patients she is not empathetic at all, I won’t come back here in the future for sure nor recommend to anyone

Nice office, no wait really. The reception needs work on her customer service skills, never looks directly at me. Just says things in meek voice and she is rather blah. Brianna need work on her skills

I have gone to the Whitney Ranch location on two occasions. Each time the tech is V… and she doesn’t listen and she is very rude. She acts like you don’t know what you’re talking about. She is using a needle that is too large for my situation and when I ask her to please use a smaller one, she becomes rude. I have blood drawn on a regular basis and I have gone to different labs and never encountered this type of behavior. I know my body and she leaves bruises on my vein. I will not be going back to that location. I left a message with a manager to return my call, but there was no return call. Where has customer service, compassion and quality gone?

Blood drawn 5/17... no results sent to physician, had to cancel appt. Having blood work done with Quest for rescheduled Dr. appt. Won't be using Labcorp any time soon.

This was the worse visit I've ever had. Tech would not listen to me. After 66 years I know my body. I told her where to draw she couldn't find it , funny last ten times they did. I had to be stuck 3 times huge bruises . I told her do not do my hand it stops every time. Of course she won't listen to me sticks my hand it starts then stops. I told her, she yes but I got a little and it was the only place. For 3rd stick another tech comes in and gets it in my arm in 2 seconds, and no bruise or pain. Please tell your techs to listen to the patient, if you don't know how to do your job , quit.
