The staff was friendly and efficient. I arrived 20 minutes early and was checked in early. I was taken in at my scheduled time and out in less than 10 minutes. Great experience overall.

This has to be worst lab I've ever been to. Been there 3 times in one week and every visit horrible! The rudeness of the people that work there is unbelievable! Long story short, I was suppose to drop off a stool sample. Was told to put date and time on speciman container and drop it off. I went to drop off sample on my way to another Dr, as I'm dealing with Pancreas issues. Upon trying to drop it off, I'm told to check in. I told the lady at the desk that I was just dropping off sample like I was told to do. She again says I need to check in. I told her I had another appointment to be at. She really didn't care. I ended up leaving with the sample and had to throw it away in their dumpster in the parking lot! If you can go to Quest, then go to Quest! Unfortunately I can only go to labcorp with my insurance!

I didn’t have an appointment, so I planned on being here before 7 to wait in line. They opened the office a little early and I was out by 7:10. They are lightning fast! I will use this location from now on.

The waiting room is tight. You have to stay outside and wait. The appointment is 9:45 am, and it takes forever to get called in for the bloodwork. Averages 30 min. to 1 hr wait even with appointment. I am only in here because of my insurance limitations. Otherwise, i would still be using Quest Diagnostics. 1st and last time in this location, and no, thank you

Always busy, but efficient and normally quick. Good phlebotomists. Reservations recommended.

I don't understand all the negative comments, I've never waited longer than 20 minutes for bloodwork either for myself or my Mom. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate patients. They have ALWAYS been awesome to us. Would never think of going somewhere else.

Worst experience. I have never felt so belittled in my life. The system is so bad. I watched them pick and chose who went before us. They should be embarrassed.

They close at 3pm and my daughter showed up at 2:30pm and they told her they couldn't take her cause they aren't staying 2 mins over. It doesn't take 30 mins to take blood work and no one was there for test. Horrible customer service.

Always ask your doctor or facilities if you have to fast or a urine sample is needed. Don’t just show up clueless.Labcorp is great if you stop to think that there check in is simple. Your first time is challenging only because your information is important to input. Your next visit is simple.Just scan your ID and verify your information and that’s it. They will call you to the desk as a first come first serve basis or appointments online.. Do your test and out the door.Get past your ego of helplessness cause if you walked in. You can complete your task and they will definitely complete theirs.

You really need courteous and professional staff. My 7 year old had a lot of tests that the doctor is requesting and the lady that was drawing blood and doing a “breath test” on her was extremely unprofessional, extremely rude and has no idea what she is doing. I was asking simple questions and she was super short and told me she was not there to answer questions. Loraine was kind enough to give me some feedback on some questions I had but her partner that was scheduled with her on Tuesday, December 20th 2022. Somebody needs to check who that was. Both times I’ve been there with my daughter, she’s been so nasty, impolite and ignorant. We’re paying customers, I paid cash for all that was done. Nobody was giving me nothing for free. Why do people need to go out of their way just to be rude to customers who are there for health related procedures. She was upset for giving my daughter a drink that she didn’t tell us at anytime that the drink was timed. My daughter is scared to drink this, it tasted horrible and she was telling her to hurry up, and when my daughter couldn’t drink it, she got upset and said she had to now modify the paperwork. Had she told us from the beginning and there was better communication from her part, my daughter could have made a bigger effort, instead of standing there with a sour patch face, giving her the death stare! I will be returning to drop off part of her exam and I will make sure to get her name. Until then someone please do something. She needs to change her attitude ASAP!!!!Update: went in this morning, and although she strategically hides her name badge, another employee told me that rudeness’s name is BRIANNA. Someone better talk to her before one of these days she messes with the wrong person and gets here behind dragged for treating people the way she does.

Watch out for Loraine, she hates her job and she'll let you know it. She likes to try and make others as miserable as she seems to be.

Check in from car. Check in at lobby. Check in with front desk. Lots of checking in for 1 simple appointment. Max capacity of lobby posted and exceeded. Hmmmm.
