I’ve been at this Labcorp location a few times now. I usually do walk-ins but you can also book online. I like to go early like 8am. First, you sign in on the tablets on the left. Then, show your referral to the front desk ladies. The longest I’ve waited for is about 40mins. There are rooms with seats you can sit up or lay down. They are understanding with your needs.

Poorly trained front office staff. 😡 The woman seemed confused about everything.

We came 15 mins before our appointment and they weren't busy, but it wasn't long before they were! The front desk ladies handled the flow well, and we were in and out minutes after our appointment.

This is the absolute best Labcorp location. The office staff is always accommodating and the phlebotomists are very skilled. Walk ins can be a bit of a wait but if you have an appointment you’re in and out. I have never had a painful draw here but Vic is absolutely AMAZING!! I’m a total baby when it comes to needles and i literally felt nothing when he did my draw. Can’t recommend him enough.

Aside from having to schedule appointments well in advance, scheduling online is easy, service is relatively prompt, location is convenient, parking is decent, and the staff drawing blood are kind and efficient.

I’m bad at getting my blood drawn, because I fear needles and need to lay down. Everyone was so kind from the lady who checked me in, took my payment, and wrote a note that I needed a bed to the lady who drew my blood. Because of my needle anxiety, it’s a big deal to me when people are patient and kind. The space at Siena was large and clean. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!!

We made an appointment because it is a huge deal for our baby. They gave us a random technician and she completely missed a huge vein, went too deep, and made my baby cry the hardest I've ever seen her. Her arm is still bruised a week later. They called in MJ (the pediatric specialist) later after the first technician failed but it was too late. We were told to come back a week later since it was such a failure. My stepmom is a NICU nurse and she was flabbergasted how the first lady missed the vein and went too deep. It was horrifying seeing them poke and prode our baby as she was screaming her head off and the first lady was literally squeezing blood out of her. We were so upset that they had a pediatric specialist but did not assign her to us, when I confronted the front desk, they simply said that they asked the technician if she was UNCOMFORTABLE working on babies and she said she wasn't.
It was such an epic failure that our pediatrician saw the bruising a day after and advised us to not get the blood drawn anymore and not to go back to that location ever again.

Travel Nurse Practitioner: Please update your google and website with drug screen time. It’s time consuming to go back and forth to this office due to incorrect times on your site. I get there at 1:58 PM the black lady at the front desk with the short hair states “the system for drug screening goes down at 2:00 PM” (although your site states 3:00 PM for closing), then she proceeds to hand me another Lab Corp address in terrible traffic that would take me 40 minutes to get to by “closing time of 4 PM”..I asked them to call that Lab Corp to ensure they are still taking drug screens they said they couldn’t call over there to ask. Both (another lady maybe Hispanic) were just sitting around chatting..Due to the heat, bad traffic, new in the area and gas I decided not to go way to Charleston. I came back the next day to sit for 1 hour for drug screening. 2 stars because Lena is professional and a kind plus the office is clean. Please update website or pick up the phone to speak with patients with questions about times

First when I checked their website for available appointments, it said none available for 3+ months. But when my doctor checked it, it said there was an appointment available in 1 month. I tried it on someone else's computer and it worked fine so I signed up for an appointment. I waited 1 month for my appointment, fasted, and showed up 15 minutes early. But when I showed up, the lady at the front desk said I did not have an appointment. So thanks for dropping the ball labcorp. Every other time I've been here, I've had to wait 2+ hours to be seen. There's always 100 angry customers in the waiting room waiting to be seen because the company either overbooks the appointments or the techs are slow. I don't know which. Either way, F this place. Don't waste your time here. Ask your doctor for a different lab company. And don't chose quest, they're just as bad, if not worse.

One of the employees yelled out, “Which one is the big girl?” in reference to my chart, standing just outside my room. I work in healthcare myself, and I’ve never been made to feel self-conscious in a medical setting. This was really disappointing and wildly uncomfortable. Hopefully this location can be kinder and professional next time.
