This was incredibly difficult to write because of 2 reasons:1.) The staff is actually polite even though the office is very busy. The phlebotomist’s are also polite and seem to TRY their best.2.) Our son is on the autism spectrum and the phlebotomist’s generally do make a concerted effort to help accommodate his challenges. We paid a visit today 02/29/2024 at 7am and waited for about 30-45 minutes (for a walk in - which actually isn’t bad). A vile of blood was taken from our son and the 2nd vile was a bit of a struggle. Here is where the frustration comes in: I received a call at 2:56pm basically stating that my son’s 2nd vile was “mistakenly” mishandled and as a result we need to come back tomorrow (day after) with no wait time. Their offices close at 3pm. So instead of calling me during the day BEFORE your offices close, you decide to do the “easy way out” leave a voicemail and force me to come back and cause additional trauma to my son back to back rather than just get it over with the same day.If there was another option to have his bloodwork done, I would prefer to go there. If we didn’t pay $640/mo in health insurance, I’d definitely go elsewhere. I didn’t want to write this review but it’s worth noting that this place “might” mishandle your sample and pull the same crap they pulled with us. If I could describe visiting this place, the two words would be: Frustration and Disappointment would be it.

Worst front desk service I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life. Completely disrespectful girl with attitude tells me she’s very backed up so i have to check in and wait while she catches up before she can hand me the sample cup I take home. So, because you can’t manage your workload, I have to wait behind dozens of others there of appointments just to be handed a cup I take home?! I understand getting backed up, but to vomit out such disrespect and attitude , when it takes five seconds to just hand someone a cup so they can turn around and leave…. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I’m having my Dr change the location for my cup pick up and I’ll never return here. And I’ll be quite sure to spread the word of how people are treated here.

I hate having blood drawn I have tiny veins. Caprice was great. I didn’t even feel the needle going in. She was professional and just made my day. Thank you Caprice awesome job.

Easiest check in process ever. When you enter the labcorp suite, the check in machines are on the left and all you have to do is scan your paper + health insurance cards. They will call your name when it’s your turn! I waited around 20 minutes and Kristina who took my blood (in .5 seconds) was very kind! Give that lady a pay raise!

I was a walk in and my wait time was around 45 minutes to an hour. I was surprised with how fast everything was moving. Very happy with my experience here compared to other locations. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

You better know where to check-in at. I never go to the Dr. waiting at the desk to check in. They SEE ME but IGNORE me and just continue to call other people up.I finally say “am I in the wrong line to check-in”. The black lady says “YEA IF YOU DIDNT CHECK IN AT THE MACHINE”I’m think what machine!?! They had so many people blocking the door when I came in I didn’t see the damn thing. She sure saw me standing there tho and couldn’t say anything. HORRIBLE customer service

DO NOT GO HERE. They will give you false information and basically commit insurance fraud and not being able to speak with anyone on the phone is crazy. I am going to go down there to talk to a manager of supervisor to try and resolve this issue. I was quoted $70 for a urine test and was told that Labcorp was in my network just to get a bill for $500.

Lalawne is the best phlebotomist ever! She made it quick, easy, and painless. Her positive attitude helped as well. Check in was fast and simple.

Check In was bang bang done with only scanning my NV drivers license. My early afternoon arrival was met with open arms with no appointment necessary. Becky drew my blood and was patient while I took a few minutes giving my urine sample. Her technique was swift and the withdrawal site is visually non-existent. Guaranteed return visit.

I went online to set an appointment like it said and it forced me to pay 79$ when I choose not too and they kept telling me it was labcorp a fault and I couldn’t talk to anyone on the phone yet the booking was with the labcorp website and all 3 address do the same thing

Been here 3x in the past month all for different appts. 1 for me, routine blood work, my son for a pre employment drug screen and my daughter for routine blood work. Although the check in kiosks did not fulfill my check ins, all 3, the ladies up front were pleasant and helpful. My only complaint would be that the lady who assisted for the drug screen was a little short with us when she asked us to complete a form but it wasn't clear if I was to hold on to it until being called or not. (I guess she wanted it once completed) hence the 4 stars but other than that the medical assistants took care of us and the blood being drawn was painless. Ensure you have an appt to lessen your wait time. Morning appts are tough to find especially if you are fasting.
