The place is clean and the employee (I believe his name is Taylor or Tyler) was very helpful. They explained the rental agreement and showed me the unit to make sure it was adequate for my needs. It was a little more expensive than the rate advertised but I figured there'd be other fees. They weren't unreasonable but the fee you see online is the base fee and there will be a few other fees added on. I like they have an app to gain entry to the facility instead of memorizing a code. They provided a lock but I'll probably use my own. You can basically show up and they'll have a unit ready to go. They have cameras all over the facility and I appreciated it's cleanliness and relaxed demeanor of the staff. They seemed eager to make sure I was happy with the unit and answered any question I had. I recommend them to store items you currently cannot store at your home.

Stopped by fairly in a hurry and was 100% accommodated by Owen. He showed us a unit, applied a promotion and had us taken care of and out the door in no time! Mr. Simmons answered all of our questions and was very thorough and patient in explaining things to us. We recommend this location for ease of access and polite professionalism!
