She’s the best! I have been getting facials from Lane for about four years now and she has spoiled me for anyone else. She makes every appointment an experience, and even checks in afterwards to see how I’m doing and if I have any questions.
She is warm, personable and very knowledgeable and really does care about her clients.

Amazing!! Effective and relaxing treatment. I have been a regular recipient and practitioner of massage therapy for 25 years. Corrine is a gifted therapist. I'm from out of state visiting a friend and will definitely book again when I return.

This company is very unprofessional. No well paying, long standing customer who is professional & realistic should ever be treated like this. Emily Carey Hair cannot do red hair & will promise the world, talk down about your current extensions then install new extensions three times the price & a fraction of the quality. When I very nicely expressed my concerns she said shes the professional & Im not going to tell her how to do my hair & then said she is not going to do my hair (I had this appt for 2 mos) & had been going to her for 3 years. Shame on you Emily. This could have been handled way more professionally considering all the promises that were made were not fulfilled & then she gave up & didnt fix her work. The most unprofessional hair experience Ive ever had. NEVER go to EMILY OR LIFE SPA

Very disappointed. Haircut was very marginal but really what was a big turn off was that a short haircut that took at most 20 min for cut 5min to wash and maybe 2 minutes to run the dryer. Cost $85 Short haircut was quoted at $55 but little did I know it an extra $30 to run a blow dryer on it for a minute with my direction. Never heard of a luxury spa over charging for wash and dry. I could understand at super cuts but not a spa. Just a big rip off and certainly not a true stylist. Terrible I will never go back nor will I refer anyone!

Pretty appauled by the customer service I received. I had my nails done on Friday, called them the immediate Monday to mention that one of the nails completely lost the gel while I was sleeping. Then other nails started lifting. The middle one already has a bubble pocket under. As does the thumb. Although this is hard to see in the photos, it is visible in person. Completely odd given that they are builder gel and plexigel. I requested someone fixes them and instead of having my request being honored, they are asking me to pay again. I am just shocked, even a shabby nail salon would fix this

I was a founding member back in 2014. We moved and required different gym criteria, but we still use LifeSpa for our massages. We love it because we have access to the entire gym/classes and all of the amenities for the day of the booked service.

Francisco Furtado is the person to go to if you are thinking about changing your hair colour, getting a hair cut or just want to pamper yourself with some nourishing hair treatment. My hair was three shaded, damaged and I looked like a rooster but Francisco segmented my colour treatment and gave me a stunning haircut whereby I didn’t lose my length, my colour was even toned and vibrant and my hair was saved. I highly recommend Francisco given how good, knowledgeable and experienced he is.

One of my absolute favorite places to relax and get pampered! The best facials I have ever had! And if you are looking for an 11/10 facial, I HIGHLY recommend Tracy. She is beyond knowledgeable, professional and not to mention kind and always makes me feel my best.
