Jenn did an amazing job with my hair color, highlights and haircut. She styled my hair and made it soft and shiny!! Very friendly environment. Definitely worth every penny!!

Walked in at 9am on a Saturday with no appointment and they were able to accommodate me. Leila (sp?) was meticulous and did a great job replicating a cut from a picture on my phone. Price was very reasonable.

Liquid Salon is where I go for a hair color and cut and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Monica and Jackie are both amazing. They do a fantastic job with my color—it comes out exactly how I envisioned it, vibrant yet natural. They follow up with a great cut that complements the color perfectly. They both listen to what I want and offer helpful suggestions. The salon itself has a welcoming atmosphere, and I feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Natalie destroyed my hair. All my life I gotten highlights but never have I experienced such bad service and work done on my hair. Every time I booked an appointment with Natalie, she would end up booking another client of hers instead of me or at the same time that I would have my appointment. This place is not cheap and I tip even if I'm not fully satisfied and I expect that if I am paying you for the service plus giving you a good tip, then you need to simply do your job and satisfy the customer. She made me feel as though, possibly, since I am an asian woman from Pakistan, she doesn't care to provide me with the same service and attention that she provides to her other clients. Just because I am Pakistani doesn't make me any less American. My husband is a veteran who served in The United States Marine Corps. Every appointment I've had, she would leave me with her helper and goes to the other client which she booked at the same time she booked me. You can’t do a good job if you book 2 people for highlights at the same time. I have records of texted messages, every time I went to her she gave me the worst hair color and highlights. But I always told myself it’s ok, next time I will get it fixed. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she has done other clients hair very nicely. This time she gave me yellow and orange highlights. I was not happy in the salon. She did a terrible job and she saw that I was upset and she also knew that she didn't do a good job either. She charged me $150 plus $20 tip. This time I was fed up and I confronted her about her ruining my hair and not giving me the highlights I asked for and instead of fixing her mistake she told me that she has to retire me as a client and will no longer be doing my hair into the future. Absolutely fed up with her. I came home and my boys laughed at my hair color. Just because I wasn't comfortable saying anything to her when she's messed up my hair, she taken advantage of it and doesn't show any attention or care while she's done my hair. Every time I look in the mirror, I hate the dull yellow/orange highlights. She gave her other clients the priority every time. The multicolored highlights she gave me, my appointment time was 9 am she finished at 1:30 pm. I sat there for four and half hours. I can’t sit on the chair for that long since I had a lumbar fusion surgery done. Not once I complained that my back was hurting so much. Every appointment she booked 2 clients for highlights at the same time. Last time also she did a terrible job, after spending so much money. I bought a color from sally beauty and changed my highlights to one color within a week. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be returning to this salon.

Ok where do I start? This place is top tier from their hairstyling skills to their customer service etiquette. I came in with brass/orange splotchy hair. Lauren and Kaylee saved me. The owner michael came over and looked, they all made me feel like I was going to be taken care of immediately and then they actually delivered. My hair is 10x healthier and looks so much better than the disaster I came in with! Thank you so much!

Jenn is a master of her craft who know's what her clients want. She's very patient, listens, and absorbs all the important little details to execute a great cut. Jenn's also very encouraging and supports her clients vision on what they're looking for in a cut/style. And the atmosphere of Liquid the Salon is lively and inviting. So happy to have Jenn as my stylist.

Jenn Basden is a treat for me personally to talk to, but especially for my hair. Love her color & haircuts she gives myself and both of my daughters. She's got great personality, takes her time, and pays attention to detail of what her clients want. So glad I found her!!

This salon is a vibe, and I am surprised I have not come here before. The owners take great pride in their work and will greet you in such a friendly way. Every stylist "means business,"and they take pride in what they do. Everyone in the establishment was friendly. The aesthetics are simply awesome! It's an open, cool environment, so contemporary, yet vintage classic at the same time. I never thought I'd see such a flattering setup with mirrors and workspace! I highly recommend JENN to anyone if you want to trust a stylist to give you sound advice on hair products, haircuts and color. If you want a warm, friendly, positive soul to talk to who listens to you, JENN is also the one. I had my hair done with her originally at another salon and her professionalism convinced me to follow her to the new salon. She took time with my hair. She took time to get it right not because of anything I said because I love her work but because of her keen eye for detail. Spending time with Jenn is very enjoyable as well. Not many would take that time to go over things with you and let you know that they want to make it completely right for you, that they want you to come back. I have not run across that type of attitude in a very long time. JENN will go over pricing with you, and it makes sense. When you walk out of the salon, out of Jenn's chair, you will know your hair was done, you will have something to work with and you will feel like there was no waste of time or money. My hair and scalp feel great and I get bleach on my hair so we all know that can be a challenge, and Jenn overcomes that challenge. I wish Jenn nothing but continued success at Liquid Salon, and I wish everyone at Liquid continued success!

Great Salon!!! Friendly staff, very clean and in a great location. Parking sucks and can be tricky because the lot always seems full throughout the day, so go early to your appt in case you need to park further down.

The stylist was not professional, a tad pricey, and inconsistent. I had to cut/trim/fix my hair afterward. Not an upbeat vibe to the salon, at least not with the stylist (very unprofessional), and difficult to schedule an appointment.
