Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Manager Stoney and Employee ChrisI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store. Unfortunately, my interaction with Manager Stoney and Employee Chris left much to be desired.During my visit, I approached them to inquire about purchasing grease filters for a microwave. Instead of assisting me in a respectful manner, both individuals displayed a lack of knowledge, condescension, and rudeness. I felt demeaned and unjustly treated when they addressed me as if I were a criminal simply for requesting assistance.Furthermore, when I explained that the store did not carry the appropriate size of grease filters and expressed interest in purchasing the ones from the display model, Manager Stoney and Employee Chris responded dismissively, refusing to accommodate my request and giving me a nasty look.Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, especially in a customer service environment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Manager Stoney and Employee Chris's behavior not only tarnished my shopping experience but also reflects poorly on your establishment.I urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur. Customers should feel valued and respected when patronizing your store.Thank you for your attention to this issue. I hope for a swift resolution and improvement in customer service standards.Sincerely,Justin

As a business, we frequently shop at Lowes and Home Depot. You can tell a HUGE difference in the customer service and this experience was eppic: Shopping for a faucet, brought handle with me to assure I got the exact match, before I could even begin to locate the faucet, an associate tells me in an "cletus" tone of voice, "we don't sell faucet parts". Clearly, I knew that. But there was no, "can I help you" no "hi what are you looking for", nothing of the norm. Home Depot is so the opposite of this. The S. Boulder Highway location is THE worst. I haven't said anything for years, but I am now. I also know they are so big, my small "rant" will be heard by NOBODY. I'm just saying pick Home Depot.

I like Lowe's because it is close by and has the things I need for working on my house. The staff is helpful and friendly and I can get in and out quickly.

Back in November 2023, we requested someone from Lowe's to come to our house and measure for a new cooktop stove and in-wall oven. It was a couple of weeks before a guy from Lowe's partner, Premier Logistics, stopped by, measured, and took photos. Weeks passed. There was little communication between the companies. I finally got the ball rolling, and the appliances were installed on January 24. As one of the two installers from Premier brought in the new appliances into the kitchen on a dolly, it gouged one of my cabinet doors. We all heard it, but they chose not to acknowledge it. Now I have to have the gouge and a second scrape repaired. That same day I had the installer partner of Home Depot put in a new dishwasher, only three working days after I ordered it. He did no damage. Take-home message: Do NOT buy appliances at Lowe's. They simply don't know what they are doing.

Prices seemed a bit high, but there has been a lot of inflation in the last few years and I have no recent alternative shopping experiences to compare them to. Lowe's employee was very helpful in understanding my goals and recommending a solution I hadn't considered. I left with a positive experience. :)

As a Latino immigrant this is a great store. But if you are white or black, I would not visit the store. The women in the equipment rental Department are extremely racist. I was very embarrassed and ashamed when I saw how they treated non Latino customers

I unfortunately ended up working with Lowes on a flooring project. The Eclipse crew installed my clay tiled incorrectly (I have confirmed this with the manufacturer), got the tiles absolutely disgusting with boot prints, liquid spills, thin-set and grout stains everywhere, and then sealed right over the top so it’s permanently dirty. Both they and Lowes are refusing to take responsibility for this and have now been stringing me along for six months to avoid giving me a partial refund on this 600-square foot job so that I can have the floor professionally stripped and repaired.Eclipse has cancelled same-day multiple times, no-call-no-showed multiple times, sent non-tile crews to do the tile job, told me it’s normal for grout to be this discolored, told me the chips and scratches in at least a quarter of the tiles is normal. The list goes on. They also disappeared with all of the quarter-round I paid for — didn’t install it and didn’t leave it for me to return and get a refund on.My home is tiny and this project took up almost the entire thing. I had to rent a room to live in and keep my dog in for months because the house was uninhabitable. I ran myself out of vacation time to accommodate this unprofessional company and have nothing to show for it. Even after management from this Lowes store came out to see all the damage, and an offer from the installation team was made in-writing to compensate for a partial fix, that offer was randomly pulled back off the table from Lowes after I tried to accept it.I am so disappointed. I paid $6,000 for this 600 square feet of work. I got a quote for $2,300 to repair the work and am hopeful that Lowes will find a way to honor it. They offered to at one point, and now are refusing.
