The staff in this location are so rude! They speak in a condescending tone, they are snappy, and short and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. And no it was not just one employee or maybe on rough day. It's been multiple times.THE ONLY reason I come to this location is because it's convenient. I have been shopping the Lulu at the District for years, since it was a pop up. Highly disappointed.

My experience for the first time in this store, I’m quite impressed and ecstatic to use my belt bag I’ve purchased from them.

The staff was so nice, and I found the jacket I wanted. The clothes have nice quality, and while I bought a white jacket, it was very easy to clean up any mess.

I wish they’d have/ display/ hang shirts bigger than a size 12.The whole dang store, I could not find even ONE shirt/ tank in a size bigger than 12.Lululemon remember the AVERAGE size American woman is a 16.

If you're a person of color and you have a return be ready to be questioned like you committed a crime! A Caucasian woman came in after me with similar issue and their response to her was so different.

The employees didn't acknowledge me but greeted other guests entering and exiting the store. I guess they have selective customer service? I don't look rich enough to be greeted or helped? Just seems like poor customer service considering the price point of this brand.

My absolute fave Lulu location in town! Staff is always friendly and helpful even when they're busy. Love Mica, Chanae (not sure how to spell it) and Stacy's energy. I also tend to chance upon items here that are out of stock in the other locations. Only downside is they take all my money every single time.

For anyone new to Lululemon, don’t be afraid to visit this store in person! Every single store associate (they are called educators here), are unbelievably kind and willing to help you find items that is perfectly fitting to your lifestyle. There is no judgment here and honestly just good vibes all around. They are very helpful with returns, exchanges, and warranty policies! For recurring customers, this store is very clean and constantly restocks on popular items! Lots of EBBs, fleece items, scubas, and various color ways. Usually if it’s online, you can find in store as well! Never had any issues with finding what I need!

This new corner location just a few doors down from the original pop up location is beautiful! So happy to have this spacious and elegant store be a permanent fixture at The District. It's what they needed and what we've been asking for. Parking is super easy and such a short walk to the store itself. With Sephora, REI, Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, Shake Shack, Coffee Bean, and others on the promenade, you could easily bring the whole fam for a meal and shopping at their favorite store. What's even more inviting? The staff here is super friendly and eager to lend a helping hand. I've been inside a few times since they opened and have always had interesting conversations with the employees. My favorite Lulu store so far...and I live in Northern California.

The location is no longer a pop up, so I guess that's good. Not sure if staff drastically changed because of that, but my last two in-person shopping there was not the same as previous experiences. Before it was welcoming and knowledgeable. Now it's a meh attitude that they can't be bothered with knowing there's a market for their products. Honestly, if I have to go in person it's probably because I'm trying a new item and wanted to try on the fitting. I used to be welcomed and acknowledged when I come in. Now the employees just walk by you and are too busy chatting amongst themselves. It was such a contrast from what I know LuLuLemon to be. Lastly, why are store hours not posted outside the store? It's so easy to do especially if your shopping in person. It's not hard to find a substitute for leggings and yoga pants at a fraction of the price, but that's not why I shop there. To be honest, this last time was such a turn off I rather just buy online and deal with shipping time and trying on at home. No wonder brick and mortar stores are struggling. Too bad.

Just dropped $400 on clothes & they forgot to put some $20 hair ties in the bag so i called them & they said no problem "this is our fault we will replace them for you" my girl gets there to pick them up and they're set aside WITH OUR NAME ON THEM and this d*** a** b**** Karly says they won't give them to us. So i call & she goes on on about a whole buncha bs then hangs up mid conversation. Hopefully the owner of this shop sees this bc i drop thousands there & this d*** a** b**** thinks I'm tweaking over some $20 hair ties. I spend this chicks yearly salary at that Lulu, but I'm off that now. Way to lose a customer over some petty a** managment & some hair ties they lost lmao
