They have a history of scamming people with their memberships in two key ways. First, they don't provide a copy of the agreement when you sign. Second, they enroll you in the highest-priced plan without your knowledge. For example, you might sign up for $22.99 but end up being charged $41.76. When you try to address this, Matthew Jordon refuses to issue credits or refunds. Additionally, the customer service representative, Amy, offers endless excuses and avoids resolving the issue. They also fail to return calls from the location.

My plate was some how linked to another individual. I have been trying to have this resolved for over a year. They continue to charge my card every month and say they can't find my card in thee system. Even after I have sent in statements showing it. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps who keep telling me they are escalating the case and never hear anything in return. Every time I asked for an email from them confirming that my plate was linked to another person. So that I have evidence so I can dispute the charges with my credit card. They always say they will send and never do. They also claim they can't find the chargers at all or my card info, Though I did have a rep call me back and leave a voice mail that they were going to refund a portion. when I called back luv they again claim they can't find my card and case. The most recent response from a customer service rep from my email, this took 2 weeks for a response. They said the following ............. The site manager has advised me that the best thing for you to do at this point is to contact your bank about the charges and dispute them. I am so sorry for all of the hassle on this. Of course I did the second I knew of the issue, in order to dispute my bank asked for evidence. I have been asking luv customer service to just send and email to confirm what they verbally told me over the phone. ( I have already disputed charges and now have evidence) Advice is to Email instead of call, the customer service is not capable of doing anything. At least with and email you can submit it to your bank as evidence and you can dispute the random charges. Also I was told at the location that they don't even have a package for the amount that I am being charged. The mangers and customer service can't to anything to help you.

I thought I would try out LUV's car wash. Well, the team working were like high pressure sales man trying to have me purchase the monthly service. I had to tell him 4 times I did not want the monthly service. I'm like WTF. I just want the $22 dollar service They must be under pressure from the owner and or they get a percentage of the monthly service they sucker in customers. Now the wash wasn't working properly, the plastic or cloth rotary pushes against the car very hard, it popped my side mirrors back and forth. Not all of the rotary's were working and the tire shine really doesn't cover the tires. Thank God I didn't not give in and by the monthly service because you know the monthly service is the same price as one car wash @$22 My recommendation is go to Chevron / Terrible's car wash. No pressure and car comes out clean.

So Sad. Top of car was damaged and antenna was ripped off of roof. It seems that the machinery malfunctioned. When I contacted customer service to stop membership and explain why the customer service rep did not even ask what happened. Definitely do not suggest using this car wash unless you can afford expensive repairs and car rental to complete those repairs.

Updated review: air hoses were working, the attendees helped out with the screens and getting payment handled. Manager reached out for help. And they had clean microfiber towels to wipe down my wheels. I appreciate this a lot from the team.

This car wash does not give rain checks. What kind of business operates like this. Do not recommend.

I recently moved to Henderson and have been trying out the different car wash places before buying a recurring membership. Yesterday afternoon I bought a single wash here. Overnight we had some rain so I figured like most car wash places there was a 24 hour rain option. This morning I went back with my receipt (which has no rules or regulations on it) and was informed I didn't buy an "expensive enough" wash to be able to get a rewash. The sales guy asked the manager who also said no. I'm sorry but I will not be buying a recurring membership for a place who will not allow this within 24 hours with a receipt. There are no rules or regulations posted anywhere with this policy. I'm sorry that my regular car wash was not "expensive enough" to warrant good service. I will take my business to a different car wash.

Review and Complaint: Beware of Unauthorized Charges at Luv Car Wash Extremely disappointed by the experience we've had with Luv Car Wash, specifically regarding unauthorized charges and poor customer service. In October 2023, we encountered an issue where our credit card was erroneously charged three times for a single car wash on October 6th. Despite contacting their customer service immediately, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. It took intervention from local managers to finally credit my husband for two of the three charges, which my husband appreciated. However, this incident foreshadowed further problems with their service. To add to our frustration, In May 2024, my husband noticed unauthorized membership fees of $22.99 being charged to our credit card by Luv Car Wash. This membership was allegedly signed up for on a date when we were traveling internationally and not even in the country, let alone near a Luv Car Wash facility. This alone raises serious concerns about their internal processes and accountability. Upon discovering the unauthorized charges, I promptly contacted Luv Car Wash's Customer Service. Courtney, the representative I communicated with via email, acknowledged seeing a membership on file but failed to adequately address my concerns about the unauthorized membership sign-up and charges. Instead of offering a full refund, Courtney proposed a partial credit or 2-3 months refund of the membership fees, and the managers review claiming that our single car wash purchases were linked to a different license plate. We have never utilized their membership services and have always paid for car washes individually at the kiosk, as evidenced by our credit card statements. We share credit cards and have two vehicles. Despite numerous requests to escalate the issue to a manager and over 30 days passing, I have received not received a response from Courtney with the manager's contact information or any effort from Luv Car Wash to resolve this matter directly. It's evident that Luv Car Wash lacks effective communication and customer care practices. Their disregard for our situation and failure to rectify the issue in a timely manner is unacceptable. We are sharing this review and complaint to caution others about potential unauthorized charges at Luv Car Wash. It is crucial to monitor your credit card statements closely to avoid falling victim to similar situations. In conclusion, I urge Luv Car Wash to take immediate action to refund the full unauthorized charges and improve their customer service protocols. Until then, I cannot recommend their services to others. We have stopped using their car washes and will continue to go to Tommy's Car Wash.

This is a great car wash, and here's why: PROS: once you get in line, before you start your ride, they scrub the back of your vehicle (where the brushes don't reach) and hand you an air freshener. After you're done with the wash, they provide shade, fresh micro fiber towels, spray cleaner, compressed air, and vacuum. Everything I need. CONS: The touch screen pymt. kiosks are finicky. Buy, there is alwys an employee there to help you & I haven't had a problem with my subscription. I wish they had room for more stations. occasionally, I have to wait only a minute or two for a station. I think they put cars too close together through the wash. I will say that on my last visit, the compressed air wasn't working and several of the spray cleaner bottles were broken. I'm sure this was a one time problem and my next visit will be back up to par. I'll update if it isn't. I gave Wow a try. They were more expensive, they didn't scrub my back window, they had no compressed air, and they charged for towels and air freshener. They did have a ton of stations though.

This is the worst car wash in all of Las Vegas and Henderson. I literally couldn't even vacuum my car out because every vacuum pressure was so slow. It's ridiculous when I went inside to try to cancel my monthly account. They couldn't even do that for me. I have to do it myself stay away from this place. There's so many other good car washes wow is better.

So I go to this place for the first time. There's a screen to choose car washes. Apparently I clicked up for a membership. That's my fault. The attendant came over and helped me with my CC because it wasn't working. After I pay he tells me I signed up for a membership. I told him I didn't want a membership. He says "It pays to read". While that's true, that's pretty rude to say to a customer. He tells me I can cancel it by following the QR code on a flyer he gave me. I told him again I didn't want the membership, and it's @%#$^. He did nothing about it. So I get the car wash. Try to cancel the membership by doing what he said and surprise, it doesn't recognized my information. So I go in the office and explain to another person that I didn't want a membership. And this guy cancels it. Then the first guy walks in and I said to him "couldn't you have done that"? And I go to leave and he yells "hey" I kept walking to my vehicle and this guy follows me and stands in front of my door so I can't open it enough to get in. I had to tell him to back up. Seriously he approached me in a threatening manner and won't let me in my vehicle. He says "you can't blame me for that, you signed up for it". Buddy, that's not the point, you could have gone inside and canceled it. You could have told the person inside I did it by accident. You could have fixed it for me. You didn't have to be rude and threatening. I'll never go back obviously.

I don't know why this place lowly rated. I've tried them all, and this is hands down the best brand of car washes. They offer free air freshener, air gun, towels and glass cleaner. Highly recommend!

I went here for the first time, the attendant told me there's a monthly sale for $9.99 for 2 months for unlimited car washes. He did not mention that after 2 months I will be charged a $36.99 a month membership fee. So I have disputed this unauthorized charge through my credit card company and so far they still have not responded. I have also only gotten 1 car wash each month for 2 months because I don't really need it that often. Would you really even give Luv Car Wash a star?

I love that they have air guns to get in between and under certain spots prior to vacuuming.
