This is why places like Macy's are closing down. Nobody wants to shop somewhere where the workers don't want to help you or don't try to help you.
Customers and shoppers are tired of it.

I went specifically to look at shoes. The people working there were busy on their phones. I've never seen a clearance rack of shoes in such disarray. Shoes were haphazardly placed without regard to size. They might have just tossed them in a pile. I'll not be returning to that location for shoes.

I bought a Hotel Collection mattress from Macy's and it was NOT the same level of comfort at the store. After spending THOUSANDS I felt very cheated. I won't purchase a new mattress from Macy's again. The one I bought was "no return" but that didn't matter to me because I'd already tested it in person. WRONG! It was the same manufacturer, same model same everything but NOT the same comfort that I experienced at the store. I feel extremely cheated. I have stopped buying pretty much anything from Macy's. I had planned on purchasing a dining room but canceled the purchase after getting the mattress and continued delays from Macy's. Not being able to return an item as big as a mattress was a BURN. I TRUSTED Macy's because for over 60 years, Macy's has been a huge part of our family. Macy's let me down. Every night, I sleep in pain and regret because I depleted my budget for furniture buying what I believed was a good quality mattress. It wasn't. My old $500 mattress from BigLots was so much more COMFORTABLE. You've lost our business Macy's. Goodbye.

Had to wait at least 30 minutes for someone to attend us to buy men's cologne today poor girl that was there all by herself what's calling several other people to come and help they need to hire more people for the perfume and cologne section

Do not order online ! Order a $1000 gold cross with discount of course . Item came in fine but has an original price of $650 . Called customer service and they were kind enough to say they can’t honor original price plus the sale discount even with photo because online has a different price than the price tag w upc code???? Same item and code . Talk about price switching.

If I could give a 0 I would have. I was at Macys Henderson NV yesterday and as I was standing in line I'm people watching. The cashier greeted everyone before me and told them, oh you found some great deals. When I approached the counter there was no greeting, and instead of her saying I had a great find, she wanted to question the price kept looking at the tag as if I committed fraud. It made me totally uncomfortable and embarrassed. I'm sure it had a lot to do with the color of my skin. seeing I was the only black in the line. I don't understand people. If it's hard for you to interact with races outside of your own, why would you work with the public. A elderly white woman came up to me and said wow I can't believe she did that. I said it's a race thing sweetie but I won't be back. I'm cutting up card and moving on. I won't be disrespected and spend my money

Terrible experience with Cheyenne employee of macys. Has terrible customer service and zero manners. Cheyenne had a the worst customer service you can experience when shopping in a packed store.

Horrible way to check out. No workers. Jewelry dept horrible, picked over and sparse. Clothing racks a mess, unorganized.

Management at this store is a JOKE. I ordered a $700 piece of luggage online. This store fulfilled the order and sent me a USED bag that was scuffed up, dirty, and had a return receipt attached. They didn't even try to hide it. After contacting management, they offered me a $25 gift card for the inconvenience (because the bag is now out of stock and can't be replaced) and they sent the card to the wrong address.... I guess I shouldn't be surprised. How embarrassing to be a manager at this store.... Nickki H, Kristine G, and Timothy H. Do better.....
