This guy seems to carry every part I need and I recently ordered a front windshield for my retro 1975 FJ40 and when the window came it was in the strongest container I have ever seen. Love it I have odered sever times from this guy, he is great to work with and I always get my part in a timely mannor if you need a part for your Crusier call this guy I will bet he has it at a decent price.

Horrible customer service. Ordered an item that was shown to be in stock on the website. They promptly charged my card and never shipped the item. They will not answer any of my phone calls to try to figure out where my product is. THIS SITE IS A SCAM, they will charge your card and never ship the product.

I order Old Man Emu replacement shocks and steering damper over the phone over 2 weeks ago. I got no email confirmation of a tracking number. I called back to check on my order and the sales guy Ray said he will check into it and send me a confirmation email. No email was sent. Called again last Fri and spoke with another associate who said there was a mix up in shipping and I won't receive my shocks till this Wed. He did send an email with a tracking number. I'm disappointed in Rays customer service and follow through. When you speak to him on the phone he is arrogant and acts like he is too busy to help and has to call back later..... hours later.
Had I known the part number for the items I needed I could have ordered them on Amazon and had them delivered in 2 days for free. I chose to order through Man-A-Fre because I wanted to give them my business because they have been so good to me in the past. Since they opened another location in Nevada and merged with BTB their customer service has gone in the crapper.
I'll be ordering from Amazon from now on and just calling Man-A-Fre for part numbers.
