Came in and bought two pies. The total was a bit over $40. The strawberry pie was okay, but the apple crumble pie was raw at the bottom. I should have just bought a pie from the supermarket and baked it myself. Paying $18 for a raw pie is ridiculous. I won’t be returning.

We have tried calling this location during business hours to get information for items we would like to order. I don't understand why they never answer their phone. Maybe if they see this, they could provide us with a number that someone will actually answer.

Everything was freezing cold, and the salad was trash and we did not get any cornbread with our to go order ? we spent $60 on a family meal that was most definitely not worth it and didn’t even receive the cornbread. I’ve called multiple times and no one is answering in business hours.

The restaurant was almost empty. We got seated and after waiting for 20min we left. No body came to take our order or to see if we where still alive. Sadly I expected more from Marie.

I ordered a pie for pick up and the lady at the counter was very rude and not pleasant. I have never ordered a pie for pickup before, only eaten there, and my pie was cold. I thought it would be warm which is fine but there was no heating up instructions. I wasn't sure if I should place in oven or microwave to heat up.

This place has gone downhill. The last time I was here was 2019, and it was delicious. We dined in at 6 pm on a week day, and it looked closed because no one was there eating. Only one server running the place, and she didn't seem to want to be there either. Food was just ok, I've had $2 microwave dinners that tasted better. I used to love the pies here, but they, too, were not impressive anymore. Frozen grocery store pie tastes better. Will not return again.

If I could give a minus 5 stars - that's what Marie Callender's would receive from me. They send out lovely birthday coupons, $5 off and 2 pieces of pie. But don't EVER go there on your birthday - it will ruin your day. I was greeted by a gentleman at the register upon my arrival at 11 a.m. He advised me there was no server and there wouldn't be until after 12:00. I was explaining it was my birthday and the manager came out. I continued explaining this was my birthday plan to come at 11:00 and I couldn't come back later. I felt for the inconvenience for my guest and myself on my birthday that they should honor the two free pieces of pie. It wasn't my fault they didn't have a server. I came with good intentions. My opinion, the gentleman at the register or the manager should have waited on a few tables. Needless to say, they were rude and could totally care less that I had come there to celebrate my birthday. A day later still kind of having left with a bad experience, I went on the corporate web site and sent an email. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply. I don't imagine I will return for a meal at Marie Callender's! They don't care about their customers that keep them in business, so I can take my business elsewhere. So it wasn't a happy birthday to me.

I've been a Marie Calendars customer for over 30 years. I went there at 7:10pm and was told we couldn't eat there because they closed at 8pm. I was shocked. Now, today I ordered food to go and was told they have changed their policies and menu items. Took away some awesome dishes. But now you do not get the cornbread (which was their signature item) as a regular thing like before (unless you order the comfort expensive plate) is just wrong. That bread was their signature and they've gotten cheap on that now also. Iem so done with them! The employee told me it's company policy now that no one gets cornbread unless they order a main dish. So sad how they've gone downhill.
